It was super confusing so we decided to ask others that were standing outside, which kindly helped us find the place. Our jet ski rental was for 6pm and we received a message at 5:53pm stating the bay was closed. We already had driven an hour to get to the "place of business". The "company" could've at least had the decency to open the door when we arrived to ask for our refund. We seen someone peek through the window but still no answer. They didn't even pick up the phone! This company is very unprofessional and sketchy. Be aware when booking with them!!

The waiver system can be a little complicated especially when checking in multiple children (8-12) at the same time. Each child requires the same lengthy form as a single adult. But overall, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The waterways were fairly easy to navigate and a great way to get up close with Florida's lovely and expansive wildlife/sealife and the all the water equipment were in good conditions.

The equipment is clean and the trip is worth it, plan for a good weather day because i feel like this is the only way to really enjoy it. I will be back to visit again for sure.
