Once they took us to an island, they told us that if the police stopped us, we had to lie and say we were just borrowing a friend's jet skis. The operation was completely unprofessional and unprepared. They took us through a heavy seaweed area during our "tour," and one jet ski ran out of gas. Worse, they did not secure my son's life vest properly. The police pulled him over and gave him his first-ever ticket because of the loose vest. The owner, Carey, originally promised to cover the ticket but has now backtracked, blamed us, and refused to pay. Save your money, your time, and your safety. Avoid this business at all costs!

Booking & paying online was simple and convenient and prices were reasonable. I received a text the day before our reservation with a reminder and a detailed list of FAQ's that clarified everything. Finding the dock was a bit of a challenge at first (it's behind the ASA college building), but everything was smooth sailing once we got there. The pontoon boat is well-maintained and easy to navigate even for a novice. There were 6 adults and 1 baby under 2 years in our party (babies and kids under 12 must wear a lifejacket at all times. For best fit, bring your own baby life-vest) and we had more than enough room to stretch out and make ourselves comfortable. The day was mostly overcast with a slight chilly wind initially but then the sun came out and we enjoyed a beautiful day on the water including a few dolphin sightings. The whole thing was a great experience that we will definitely be repeating. If you've been thinking about renting a boat, I highly recommend you check this place out for yourself.

The waiver system can be a little complicated especially when checking in multiple children (8-12) at the same time. Each child requires the same lengthy form as a single adult. But overall, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The waterways were fairly easy to navigate and a great way to get up close with Florida's lovely and expansive wildlife/sealife and the all the water equipment were in good conditions.

The equipment is clean and the trip is worth it, plan for a good weather day because i feel like this is the only way to really enjoy it. I will be back to visit again for sure.
