Fast forward and I'm putting things back into the car after I got home and I realized the mats were missing. So I rushed back to the wash only for the same car wash provider to say I can't give you the mats because the store closes at 7pm. It was 7:15pm. They did not offer to work with me but told me to come back in the AM. When I said this is inconvenient they seemed to not really care. I called the police for stolen property and the police immediately just told me to come back when the store opened... So if I stole the car wash's cleaning supplies and the police were called on me would it be ok to bring it back when I was open to bringing it back? Moral of the story: horrible institution and terrible experience and beware of your property and triple check prior to leaving. Ps. I got my mats back the next AM without having to call the police again...one saving grace.

The employees there took brooms to my car scratching the paint and my windshield. Before I could walk back out to stop them the employee drove it into the tunnel. When the car was wet it looked fine, however after the car dried off countless scratches can be seen all across my car. I went back less than 24 hours later to talk to a manager to complain about the damages that were caused, however we were greeted with aggressive, argumentative employees. I gave this place a try, however books are meant to be judged by their covers. I am filing a claim with my insurance company for said damages.

The reason for this review is based on 3 simple points.... Safety, Annoyance and Pricing. Safety.... ever since the implementation of the free vacuums a few years ago the exit area of this car wash has become an absolute free for all. More often than not as you're being slowly rolled out of the wash either a car will be carelessly backing out from a vacuum directly into your path the wash is sending you or someone will recklessly drive directly at you racing to pull into an empty vacuum spot. You should leave the car wash satisfied not with a sense of potential danger. Annoyance.... One of the best things they ever did here was implement the automated touchscreens for payment and the use of electronic payments. With that being said, recently every time I visit this location I have some attendant giving me a spiel about joining their unlimited wash program followed by them trying to explain the options on the screen and assist in pushing the buttons. To be honest.. I don't want to hear this every time and I am not some senior citizen who needs assistance, I really don't want to deal with anyone when I get my car washed. Pricing.... For some reason the price keeps going up and the service never improves here. $8 for a regular wash which you know is only going to clean your car 75% is a little much. The price seems to go up $2 every year or so, it will be $10 a wash before you know it. The problem is not the money but getting what you paid for.... sometimes they spray your car down thoroughly when entering sometimes not at all, visible dirt and gunk is almost guaranteed to still be there on your windshield when leaving and don't get me started on how poorly they towel dry the cars at the end (that has been their trademark for years). In closing, no one should love or hate this place. It's convenient for a quick wash but not for a quality job done.
