Is this the best pizza in the world? No. But man, when you get it hot out of the oven and you burn the top of your mouth it just hits differently than your run of the mill pizza around here. It keeps well in the fridge and then reheated in the airfryer. Also, the staff there is friendly EVERY time I go. The bbq chicken was amazing. We also ordered the cauliflower crust with spicy pepperoni and pineapple it tasted just like a thin crust pizza. Oh and the bone in wings were perfect. The family favorite was the jet bread with ranch. I heard the ranch was the best in town. They offer a bottle of it to go. This will definitely be our go to place. Normally this location has been good, but tonight's experience was very disappointing. My wife and I normally order the same Jet's order through Grubhub, so we just press the re-order button and get exactly the same order time after time. I like a lot of pepperoni on my New York Bold Fold, so we order triple pepperoni to make sure we get enough. I opened the box and their version of triple pepperoni was three pepperonis per slice except for two slices which one had four and one had five. Spicy pepperoni is very small in comparison to normal pepperoni, so this basically looked like a cheese pizza. This was very sparse even for a single pepperoni pie. My guess is that this may be the new Jet's INFLATION PIE! I decided to call the location because I felt that even if they missed the triple pepperoni order, this pretty expensive pie was unacceptable. The manager told me that they didn't see triple pepperoni on the Grubhub order even though it came through on every identical order prior to this one. I may have given him the benefit of the doubt if it wasn't for the rest of our conversation. I told him how many pepperonis were on the pizza and he said this was compliant to company specs, and that the New York Bold Fold pizza is designed with less pepperoni than a regular pepperoni pizza because when you eat it you fold it in half. This is complete Bull-Shyte, and if this is coming from corporate, my opinion of the Jet's franchise has just changed dramatically. The manager concluded our conversation by saying that he's been doing this job for a while, which is unfortunate for their customers. What I've been doing for a while is writing honest and fair Yelp reviews, and I called specifically to see if I needed to update my previous stellar review for this location. I wasn't looking for any compensation; I just wanted to get an idea of what was different this time around. Grubhub did give us a fair partial refund for the bad order, and I'm glad that at least one of these companies were acting like they value their customers. I hope at some point they go back to the type of service we're accustomed to. read more

Preface: I used to work at a Jet's Pizza back in Michigan in the late 90's (for the best owner!) and I still love their pizza...even after going home smelling of sauce, dough, cheese, and covered in grease. However, this location has the rudest and worst customer service I've experienced since moving to TN, and it's a disgrace to the Jet's Pizza name. We've ordered a few times online and I always get black olives and anchovies (don't judge - I love them!), sometimes with mushrooms. Before last night, they've been great, but then last night I was given a pizza with green olives, which I don't eat. When I called to get a resolution, the woman on the phone was unnecessarily rude, and seemed annoyed that I called about their mistake. The only offer she gave was $1 off -- no offer to include tax with the $1, no offer to replace the pizza, and no offer give credit for a future order...which is what we did at my former Jet's I used to work at. I've included a picture of the dismal pizza that was left after pulling off the green olives. It was a pathetic excuse for a pizza and I will be taking my business to another location. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the (normally) delicious pizza. read more

We usually meet some friends for Pizza & hanging out now & then. The 1 Star was not for service, but the place was FILTHY! Went to use the womans restroom, the one stall was "out of order" ? why? it was litterally filled to the top with POOP!!!! The next stall wasn't much better, the toilet handle was broken, so you had to take the lid off the toilet to flush it. The toilets & bathroom were filthy. The staff didn't seem to care! I said something to the people working there: response: "the homeless people come in and use the bathrooms, then steal the plungers! ..This is BEYOND disgusting! Poor management! I've never been a huge fan of jet's Pizza but that recently changed. I've discovered I actually really like the eight corner pizza cooked crispy. I've never gotten a delivery from this restaurant, I always just go in and get it and I've been really surprised at how nice and spacious the restaurant is. For a fast food pizza place there are a lot of dine in options. I love that their deep dish isn't a ton of sauce and toppings, it's just a lot of crust. I give it one star because it was clean. My entire order was wrong I ordered garlic crust I got plain I ordered mild buffalo wings I got spicy. The cookie was so hard you could have used it for a weapon and on top of that I stood in the store for 10 minutes and finally had to open and slam the front door again for the man to hear me because he was playing his music so loud he didn't bother to notice a customer was there. My suggestion is either to lick your crust before you go take a bite of your wings or avoid this restaurant all together. I highly recommend you don't take all reviews to heart unless you have a truly seasoned yelper. Always Always check to see if someone who is blowing reviews is someone who has a record on yelp. People tend to take an experience or a mood in a moment and can ruin it for others not to try an establishment. Big Big Bummer to miss a chance at a great place. Well - the price has steadily increased and is now well past value for the money. Good tasting pizza but i can get the same pizza that Jets charge $24 for - at a competitor for $10- and the difference is just not worth it to me. Ordered delivery tonight. They brought the wrong pizza. Normally I'd just eat it, but it had pepperoni and we don't eat meat. Called and they said they were sending another immediately. 3 hours later called back and they said it had left 15 minutes ago and they'd credit us back. Jet's is a good choice when you have people that just cannot agree on what kind of pizza is best. They offer both thin and thick crust and have a variety of choices AND they are probably one of the better choices if you are buying budget pizza. I don't mean this as a bad thing but just basic pizza to grab and go. It is not a ladies night out sipping cocktail type of pizza. I placed an order online. I specifically hit the delivery button which looks like a car icon and scheduled my delivery for later that day at 6:00. At 6:40 when it still had not arrived and I had received no phone call, I call them and they put it through as a pick up so now I have to drive all the way down there to get it myself. When I called, Employee told me this happens all the time so I shouldn't use online system and I should call in instead. If that's a known problem with their online system, then they need to fix!
