Better than Fayzanos, but not at the level of Desanos, this Brentwood pizza place is worth your patronage. They start your pie in a deck oven and then finished in a wood fired oven (but they use gas), which gives the crust an appealing char. This crust has a nice chew to it, and is at the level of crust my wife and I make. We ordered a cheese pie with basil, which came chiffonade cut, releasing the natural oils to boost the fresh flavor. Long time Brentwood residents know that the Brentwood Corners strip mall has showcased its fair share of pizzerias over the years, some good, some meh. In fact, Nashville's most heralded pizzeria was born there in 1999 before the Macca family moved Joey's up to the city. There's been a dry spell in Brentwood for years with only national delivery chains filling the void and nothing more. But now that 100 Pizza opened in August of 2025, occupying a cozy space more reasonable than the cavernous suite once housing Joey's, Maryland Farms once again has a legitimate pizzeria. It's a novel concept, making only 100 limited edition, 16-inch pizzas daily without a set closing time - open while supplies last - and double baking them with a typical stand-up, multi-deck pizzeria oven before charring the crust in a domed pizza oven. There are no sides other than a side salad and three dipping sauces (homemade ranch, vinaigrette, Mike's Hot Honey). I respect the fact that the primary focus is on pizza. We had the Belle Verde, a scrumptious creation with a Calabrian cream sauce, a heaping dose of fresh spinach, and fresh basil grown in house. Like all pizzas, they come with both shredded and fresh mozzarella, and a generous dose of aged Parmigiano-Reggiano shaved right before your eyes. They offer nine other pizzas, each combining some of their 13 specialized toppings. The store specializes in cup pepperoni from Pennsylvania's Ezzo company, the curvy pepperoni that rises into a bowl shape, and crumbled sausage from Fischer Farms of Indiana just north of the Kentucky border. The quality is evident, the service is excellent, and the taste is spectacular. With the majority of the space occupied by an impressive kitchen and seating for only 13, you'll likely be placing a to-go order so you can eat this masterpiece in the comfort of your own home. We attempted to eat there, hoping to watch pizza preparation for entertainment purposes while enjoying a delicious pie and unlimited tap water. But they didn't provide us with plates and only napkins were available. I think they were encouraging us to take the pizza home. And that's fine. It works. read more

Excellent pizza! The crust was amazing. Crispy on the bottom but chewy on the inside. Toppings were incredible. Not too many crazy options, just basic and really good. Our favorite was the pepperoni ricotta hot honey special that's only available on Wednesdays and Thursday nights. We also had a sausage and mushroom pizza. Small family run business. Glad I found this place. Just driving through Maryland Farms and stumbled upon it by the Jefferson's. They cook the pizza in a traditional oven, and finish in a wood-burning oven for a nice char. Very good crust, sauce was great, toppings seemed to be great quality, too. They had 30 or so basil plants growing under a grow light so they could get fresh basil. They have pizza by the slice. Employees seemed nice, very friendly. Ambiance is a little minimalist, so probably not a good date-night destination, but the pizza was solid. Happy to see a quality pizza spot in Brentwood. read more

Full disclosure, my favorite pizza is Chicago tavern style (thin and crispy, square cut). There's a pizza place in Nashville that I really enjoy but I don't have the time to get out there often enough and have been on the hunt for a decent pizza closer to home that can satisfy my pizza cravings. While 100 pizza does not make Chicago tavern style pizza I can say that after being subjected to some of the most abysmal pizza in and around Franklin, I've finally found a place I can rely on for a Friday night pizza. read more

They were excellent and very much like good NYC pizzas. Nashville doesn't have a lot of great pizza options and this is probably one of the best I've had here. The veggie pizza was my favorite.
