Welcome to the new everything! No more medium pizzas, at least not in price, not at Jets! We wanted a medium pizza, but were told they don't sell medium anymore. O.K. for this time we figured we would just have more pizza than we planned on. NOT You now get those 8 (formerly medium size per industry standard) slices, for a large pizza price. Jets used to be my favorite pizza place, but the pizza I got today was disgusting. I don't know how else to describe it, but it literally tasted like the inside of a dirty oven smells if that makes any sense. Almost like propane or something. The people that work here are down right RUDE! They act like we're doing them a favor for doing business with them. The last time I was there (and I do mean LAST time) I had placed an order for lunch and I was told 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I finally got my order. While I was sitting there waiting I was able to see first hand how discourteous they are to their customers. I have been going here for years. However the last year I have gone off/on mainly because they deliver to my area and Green Latern does not which I find is the best pizza in my area. I have been very disappointed in the pizza. I always order extra mozzarella cheese and ask them to put cheddar cheese on it as well. It is never extra cheese and I never see the cheddar cheese on it. I have given this location lots of chances and last night I ordered the same with bacon and onion. There was no bacon on it and barely any onion and just single cheese on it. After several issues (approximately 10) I called and asked to speak to the Manager. He never apologized and said he could send me another pizza and to put the one I received out on the porch since I do not want contact delivery during a very high pandemic season. Customer Service has gone way out the window. When do you not apologize to a customer? So many of these businesses simply do not care. Also, not that I cared if I returned the wrong pizza, but I have never heard of them wanting food back. The second pizza had the double cheese, again no bacon was put on it. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Jet's location. $25.00 for a small 4 piece pizza that wasn't right is not worth my money. This Jet's Pizza location at 21 Mile & Gratiot in Chesterfield USED to be excellent. Over the past two years or so their quality sucks & is severely lacking in overall taste & ingredient quality. All the pizzas have huge bubbles all over them & a deficit of cheese & toppings, yet they've raised their prices. SUB STANDARD. The owner/manager is a rude @zz as well. He could care less because most people don't care if they buy crappy pizza. I.e. Howies, Little Ceasars, Dominos. Therefore, if you call & complain, you're wasting your time. This complacency will catch up with him. If you want good pizza, Buddys, Shields, Green Lantern, Dan Pizza are your best bet. Too bad they're not in the neighborhood. read more

I was REALLY craving Jet's pizza and decided to try their online ordering. The ordering was really easy and I was happy that I didn't have to get off my conference call to do it. However, I ordered and paid for additional sauce and a 20oz of pop and never received it.... I double checked my order and my receipt. They were both there but were never delivered. I DL this app just to write this review. I have lived in the area for three years and if it wasn't for my love for jets pizza, I would've gave up trying this place the first time. As a former employee of a jets pizza I remember if there was a mistake the managers went above and beyond to fix it... not this place, not the same owner I guess. They have messed up at least the last 13 of my 15 orders. I never complained to them until today when they delivered a pizza with green pepper, I ordered mild pepper, the Guy i talked to was a dick and wanted his delivery guy to bring back the fucked up pizza they made. no problem I obliged. Well the pizza the brought back didn't have turbo crust like I originally order so they continued with the skull fuckery. They have shit the bed so many times it's not really a huge deal cuz I'm a fat ass and will eat just about anything just sucks I pay for shit they never deliver then they treat you like you the asshole for bothering them with your back assward pizza.
