I have ordered delivery from this location directly for years and they have always delivered exactly what I order and on time. However the first time I order from DoorDash for convenience, my order is completely wrong and missing half of it, including my ranch and while jets pizza is great, we all know the ranch is the showstopper. DoorDash for whatever reason is unable to right their wrong by getting the correct items to a customer & can only refund money. Disappointed by this I called jets to see if they could get me my missing food despite the error being DoorDashes issue. The manager was incredibly polite and happily obliged my request and got me my food and most importantly ny ranch! Moral of the story, this jets is great and DoorDash sucks. Jet's Pizza has become almost a staple for part of my family and because of this I can assure my review is going to be top notch . SERVICE - the person on the phone and one at the counter when picking up pizza were solid, they even did the courtesy offering of a coupon to save me money on a promo and offered options beyond what I asked to see if I had interest in trying something new since it was similar to what I was already getting . Very welcoming and helpful guy at the counter as well . The Experience - the pizza was warm, fresh , good presentation, and flat out delicious . Overall Verdict - total success . The management team should be proud of what was presented . Now, I can assure this is composed generally how experiences have been and I've never had a bad experiences . Writing this review as I'm sitting here waiting for my online order which was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. This place is pretty inconsistent but my order is usually ready when I come in. I choose Jets because it's super close to work and I can get here easily in my lunch hour. That being said, today I'm super disappointed. I could have stayed at work until my food was ready had I known this would take so long. I had an issue previously here where they made my order incorrectly. Being from NYC, it's always hard going to another state and finding pizza that's actually decent. Jet's comes pretty close to it. I tried a small thin crust and it def hit the spot, but it was indeed TINY. Good for one person almost. I can't justify the pricing on a small pizza! Almost 15 bucks and that's with the coupon. This is one of the best non-local chain pizzas I have ever had. I ordered because I received a coupon for Jet's as one just opened up in my area, and had never tried it before. One of my favorite pizza establishments is in Parkersburg WV and called "The Pizza Place". The reason I love that Pizza so much is the cheese and jet's is the first place I have tried in this area that reminds me of it. The cheese quality is excellent and they don't skimp, and the sauce is great too. I ordered the X-tra Large pan style with just pepperoni, as thats a great way to compare new pizza places, and I loved it. It's a chain but the deep dish pan pizzas here are very good. The crust is the best part: thick, buttery, and perfectly fluffy but solid. I would eat it by itself as it would taste delicious even without any sauce or toppings. The All-Meaty is topped with plenty of sliced ham, sausage, and pepperoni - they don't skimp on the toppings here! The tomato sauce is flavorful and slightly sweet. The pizza is quite tasty, however the delivery service is inexcusable. Our company has ordered out multiple times in advance of the lunch hour and were told that our delivery would occur at the time we requested. There have been multiple occurrences of deliveries made an hour early and an hour late, neither of which are acceptable customer service. To compound this, no calls were made in the cases of the late deliveries and successive calls had to be made out to determine if the order had even been entered.
