While visiting my mom we decided to switch it up and order a pizza from Jets. We ordered the thin crust with several different toppings and it was delicious. We normally get hungry Howies pizza which is pretty good. However the Jet's Pizza was superior as the crust was better and there were far more quantities of each topping. It was also delivered in under 30 minutes which was a plus. We were hungry We will definitely order again. Oh, the app is slick too. read more

Ordered a pizza and recieved a raw (undercooked and doughy) deep dish. Was treated like I was trying to score a free pizza. Was informed 15 minutes before their posted hours that they were closed. Told to return the pizza the next day and also told I was only able to get it replaced the next day. The replacement pizza was a minute away from being burnt and they replacement pizza had very few toppings. Wish I would have known I was going to be accused of trying to cheat Jets out of a pizza, and get two garbage pizzas two days in a row. Who gets crappy food and wants to have a second bad meal from the same restaurant all while getting attitude from the staff? I will keep my money and advise everyone to stay away from this location. Never had a problem here until October 10th 2022. I guess I will never have another problem here after being accused of trying to rip off the store. read more

Pathetic. Coming back to my hometown after years, I was excited to eat a fav jets meal- salad, 8 corner pizza, & bacon bread. Barely ANY bacon on the bacon bread- unacceptable! Why bother?? No delicious almost burnt cheese on any of the 8 corners of the pizza. ....seriously?? Also sauce was light & sweeter than usual. Ew. Salad was fine but how can you eff a salad up right?.. Our first mistake was continuing our order after seeing the hillbilly pickup truck in the parking lot with a giant TRUMP sticker consuming the back window, but regardless, what a giant let down. Ordered from this Garden city Jets today Monday, after disastrous experience with the one on Wayne road on Sunday. ( see review for Wayne Rd location). Phone person was excellent upbeat and helpful. Was told 45 minutes for delivery, it was here in 20 minutes and very hot like it just came out of oven. This location will be my new Jets. read more

Last night I bought 3 pizza's #1 cauliflower crust sm. #2 Hawaiian, #3 eugene supreme. All 3 where descent pizza's. But I was VERY disappointed the lack of pizza sauce. You would think with the price of the pizza, it would come with sauce, Not coming back anytime soon. read more

Pizza tasted and smelled like it had gas in it. I called and they said I have to come in and talk to the manager. Matt (Manager) was very unprofessional and rude. I took in the pizza to show it to him. He took it, denied that there was any problem with it while shouting and waving his hands and walking away from our conversation multiple times, and refused to return it back even though it is my right to take it because I paid for it. During the many years living in Michigan I took for granted the greatness of JETS pizza. Now I'm in Boston and I have not been able to find anything comparable. The sauce, crusts, ingredients, all of it adds to perfection. I can only wish and dream for a Jets to open out here. The employees are all rude and I even spoke with the Owner, and he was unable to help me out with my crappy service and horrible treatment that I received from the Garden City Jets pizza location.
