Great pizza. Service is top notch. We ordered pizza while staying up at Treetops. One of the owners came out to deliver our pizzas. They forgot to bring the plates and napkins that were requested. Not only did she go back to grab plates but she brought a couple two liters of Pepsi to make up for it which wasn't necessary at all, but certainly appreciated! Also, we ordered ten pizzas and they all came out perfect! Won't think about any other place when we are looking for pizza in the area. Love me a Jet's pizza with mushroom and extra cheese. Usually, a great experience and the Grayling, Mich. location is no exception. My order was promptly taken and understood on the first attempt, the restroom was clean and orderly and the pie was ready on time. This time around I experimented with a Jet's Steak & Cheese deli boat. Fantastic! My pizza came out great without burn and the service was exceptional. Grabbed some pizza on my way up North and this location did an amazing job. Jet's Pizza is consistently delicious, and they went above and beyond with customer service when I called my order in and when they delivered it to my car. They were doing curbside pickup to minimize the number of people in their lobby during the COVID-19 pandemic and they even had a number to text on the front door when you arrived so they knew you were there. They were all wearing masks, as is the current CDC recommendation, and the gentleman who delivered my pizza to my car was incredible polite. You cannot go wrong with Jet's! read more

I called to order a pizza and accidentally called the wrong city 40 minutes away. They said it will be 20 minutes and I still didn't realize I called the wrong place. 30 minutes goes and I call to check where it is since it's getting late and they said they canceled it because I was far. It's been many months now since I had Jet's Pizza, I think they managed to make the gluten-free Pizzas. The fresh dough has baked the round/square shaped with the sauce, cheese and toppings on a Mid-February evening with the cold snow outside, I enjoyed the fantasy of the Entrée and the Side-Dish. In conclusion, the Valentine's Day heart-shaped Pizza is nice with the Cheesy Bread, but I didn't get the Cinnamon Sticks. So I give that 3 1/2 Stars. :) read more

I have been using Jets Pizza in Gaylord for years to feed my ski group of several hundred people for our annual ski outing at Treetops Resort. Jet's employees have always treated me politely and in a timely manner. And again this year, they continued to deliver great pizzas on time and hot. Late night snack post snowboarding/skiing all day. Pizza came hot and quick, which is great! Toppings on both pizzas had slid completely off the side of the pizza and onto the actual box, as if they were set sideways instead of flat :( The delivery man hovered at our door expecting additional tip on top of the 30% tip we had already placed on the card when we ordered the food. read more

I was in in the area for a high school wrestling district. We ordered pizza from Jets and had it delivered to the Baymont hotel on February 9, 2019. After 1 hour we got our pizza. I only ate 1 slice of pizza with pepperoni, ham and bacon and was in the bathroom all night throwing up. Almost missed watching my son wrestle. After being told our order would be an hour, we called after it had been an hour and 15 minutes. They said they forgot, but it was on its way. After waiting 25 minutes at the meeting place and the driver still not showing, and multiple calls resulting in only a busy signal, we finally got through and were told that they realized the pizza was cold as they were leaving to deliver it, and they'd make new ones but it would be 30 minutes.
