I get an awful tummy ache almost every time I eat your pizza..... Yet, I always come back for more. It hurts so good.

I want to start by saying I don't order their pizza, but I do order their steak sub, and their meatball sub, I love them both, and I love their "medium" salads, which are a large two serving salad for me! I can eat the heck out of salad when they are made right with lots of toppings, this place fits the bill for me! I always get extra olives and feta on my salad. read more

Hands down the best of the "cheap" pizza places around. The BBQ chicken deep dish is really good. The square shape makes all pieces crust pieces. Try their different flavored crusts too. read more

Great deal for two slices and a 20oz. drink. $5.00 includes sales tax. Takes about three minutes because they run the precooked pieces in the oven and crisp them up. I always order extra crispy, Thats all I have ever ordered but my friend gets the salads and she get two meals out of one order. read more

I called at 10:25 to place an order for delivery. I was told that delivery had ended for the night. (Which it ends at 10:30) Ok, I get it. I was that annoying last costumer BUT I thought I was fine because when I looked it up it said 10:30 and so I rushed to call to get my order in as I had just gotten home from work. Anyway, the guy told me it had ended and asked if I wanted to pick it up. I was debating because again, I had just gotten home from a long day at work. I told him I would call back & he rudely just hung up on me without saying anything else! Anyway, I had went online to place a order for pickup. My husband goes to pick it up. It's 11:03. It was raining so it took a little longer then usual. The guy is mopping, has the door locked and just signals that they're closed. MIND YOU I ORDERED A PIZZA, RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION AND EVERYTHING YET NOT ONE PERSON CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. I order from this place often so I'm pretty freaking upset and disgusted with tonight's service. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. read more

I really like their Jet's Bread and Greek Salad. The pizza crust on the deep dish is great, too. I've only ordered from here four times, and two of those times they got the order wrong, so be sure and have them read back the order on the phone. read more

Was at a friends house and they ordered a couple of deep pan pizzas from here with some bread sticks as well. Ive had jets before near my house but I had only tasted the thin crust and wings which were great. Although Im not a huge fan of thicker pizza I have to say that this won me over. The dough was the perfect thickness and the crust was absolutely fantastic. I also really enjoyed the breadsticks which is something that I usually dont order on my own. I can see this company really taking off in the next few years. Theyve shown me that you can get top quality food without having to shell out high prices. read more

We recently received coupons in the mail for Jet's pizza since they are a new establishment in Joliet. My husband and I decided to order pizza for dinner with one of the coupons that stated you could buy a large one topping pizza for $10.99 and get a 1 topping small pizza for free. Perfect since hubby and I like different toppings! First we had to order over the phone because the coupon was not listed online. When we did, the woman gave my husband a much more expensive total but had already hung up before he could ask her about it. So he brought the coupon with him to pick up the pizza and they would NOT change the price according to what the coupon offer should have been. He was told that there were extra charges because of extra toppings and that the coupon was a misprint, but we got two one toppings just as the coupon stated! He said there were several people in line waiting, so after going back and forth with the employee he dropped it and ended up paying $16+ dollars for what should have been an order closer to $12. Although, I think the pizza is pretty good for deep dish, but I WILL NOT frequent a restaurant that will not honor deals when they are printed and distributed! What a shame.... read more
