The pizza isn't terrible if you pick it up, but don't do delivery. This is the second time our pizza has been over half an hour late and cold when it arrived. We ordered it an hour and a half before it arrived, so was just a bit annoyed. Last time it was 45 minutes late and we had to call several times to ask if they even had our order. Ordered pizza at 6:29 PM. They said it will be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. Got to their store at 7:01 PM. Called and said I was in the parking lot. They said they were a little behind because they had too many orders. I called from the parking lot at 7:30. They said my order is in the oven. At 8:10 after yelling at the poor kid whose fault it wasn't, we finally got our pizza at 8:15. By the way we didn't get any discount for waiting in the parking lot for 1 hour 15 minutes. The owner Jim Nordy needs to fire the managers. They can't even tell you when your order will be ready based on the backlog. We call and they put us on hold for 6 minutes, just to say "it should be on the way'. I would not recommend this store... they don't know what they are doing and they don't seem to care. Have ordered from here a few times. Sometimes experience is OK but other times it is pretty poor. Dipping sauces are typically forgotten unless specifically asked for when picking up (usually missing in deliveries). The last two times we've ordered the delivery has been late. The last time it was about 30 minutes late. We had called and were told "it is on the way" but it was still about 20 minutes later before it was delivered (we only live about 5 minutes away). No discounts have been given for missing items or late delivery. There is another Jets that isn't too far away and will deliver to my house, I will likely order from there from now on. At the very least, I will be sure to not include the tip when ordering and only add it if all of my order is included and it is delivered on time. Two stars because the food itself is typically pretty decent. read more

This location has possibly the worst customer service of any Jets location I've dealt with!!! Despite delivering here more than a half dozen times, I'm not 0.3 miles outside of their delivery zone!!! Even though I wasn't happy, I was still willing to place an order but the person on the phone wouldn't stop explaining that he couldn't direct me to a location that would deliver. Too bad for them!!! New Year's Eve Dec 2017 I witnessed the worse manager I have ever seen in a pizzeria and I'm 54 years old. I felt bad for the cooks, they were doing the best they could with very little direction. They never stopped making pizza's while I waited for a cheese and pepperoni pizza that was called-in an hour and half earlier. An extremely irate customer noticed people getting their orders before hers even though she ordered before them, very patiently waited an hour before getting her called-in order (2 pizzas, 56 wings, 2 breads) was sent away with her pizza, bread and only 6 wings. She spoke to the manager to ask for a refund and the manager rudely told her "We don't give refunds." The manager had the customer's box of 6 wings and said "I found your wings" and gave her the original box with the 6 wings in it back to the already angry customer not thinkings that the manager still owed her 50 more wings. Side note: I saw an abundance of wings being boxed up by the manager and sent out with pizzas to customers (which I'm only assuming should have probably been bread orders instead of wings). The customer had to accept a store credit for the wings she never received to come back to a store that she probably wanted to boycott. I overheard the manager scheduled a new employee to come in on their first day today. Then heard that person was a no-show. It was before 8 pm when the manager decided she should stop taking any more orders until it got under control. Oh yeah, I noticed after I got home that my large cheese and pepperoni pizza was made incorrectly. Thank you and Happy New Year!!!!! read more

This is my last order form this location. Every time we order for pickup, the order is never ready at the promised time. We end up waiting an additional 30+ minutes in the parking lot over the 20-25 that was promised. Very poor customer service! Ordered pizza from Jets Pizza in Keego Harbor last Friday, July 10, 2020. Called mid-day to ask about a coupon and substituting a topping. Was told it'd be no problem and no extra charge. Called back to order delivery for supper. Checked bill upon delivery and found charge for additional item. So I called to ask why and female person who answered copped rude attitude and hung up on me when I said I contested the charge. I tried to call back and each time for next 5 minutes it would ring, have a slight break like someone was answering and then was put to fast busy - call denied. When I got through about 15 minutes later, I explained the situation and the gentleman who answered, he said he'd get the manager. The manager came on, said her name was Jennifer, and was the same female who'd hung up on me. She again copped bad attitude and again hung up on me. I contacted Jets Corporate site online that evening, filled out their "Contact us" form. When I called Jets Corporate on July 14, I was told my complaint would have been forwarded to the franchise owner and to allow a couple days for a response. I have not heard anything back from the owner of the Keego Harbor Jets Pizza franchise. I've been a loyal customer of Keego Harbor Jets Pizza for a number of years, but no more! read more

HORRIBLE. I ordered a "pepperoni pizza" and they delivered me a DEEP DISH pepperoni pizza. From my experience of ordering pizza-deep dish style is normally something you SPECIFY. I did not specify deep dish at all. Not to mention it didn't taste good at all. I also ordered chicken wings, they were out of blue cheese (way to keep your supplies in stock!) so they gave me ranch instead. The wings were SOFT and BLUBBERY. So sick. Ordered a thin crust blt pizza for $25 and once I bit into it was cold.I understood the toppings are cold but the pizza crust should be warm. Called the store and spoke to the manager steve and basically offered $7 what a joke. Then when asked for a refund steve said I don't know what you want me to do "heat up your lettuce" something a douchebag would say. Won't be ordering from them again. Dominos is near by. Pizza cost you $3-$6 to make, you lost a customer over a simple credit or make it right solution . No customer service at all. read more
