Best of the chain restaurants for pizza ! I love the square pizza they make , salads so-so , wings just ok

Ordered the large thin crust and it was delicious but next time I won't get it well done and the flavor was pretty good.

Ordered a pizza and three 20oz drinks for my parents and I, it was very easy to order online from my phone and it didn't take that long at all. Food was hot and drinks were cold when they were cold, I was very happy. My parents and I loved the meal and the drinks were perfect for the hot day. Decent food. However, RUDE on the phone and inadequate with customers. Husband and I ordered 2 subs and some wings. They called back about 2 minutes later and said they were out of of sub bread. When asked if they can sub it with their boat bread, the man said we'd have to pay extra! (ridiculous if you ask me. not our fault YOU ran out of bread) So my husband said to just cancel and was hung up on. But here's the kicker, they still charged our account. We ordered Jet's Pizza for the first time last night. We were hoping that they would have online ordering available, but it turns out that feature is "coming soon." We chose to have the pizza delivered to our home. We ordered the deep dish pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and a 2 litre of Diet Coke. There was an online coupon available for that combo so the order total was around $20. When the pizza arrived about 45 minutes later, we expected to have to reheat the order, so we were very happy when the meal was still very hot. I tried the breadsticks first. They were very big and thick. I loved the buttery garlic flavor but found them to be, for lack of a better word, squishy. Don't get me wrong, I certainly helped myself to a 2nd and 3rd breadstick b/c they were very delicious! The sticks came with a small container of marinara sauce. Next, I tried a slice of the pizza. It was very thick (and normally I don't really care for deep dish) and very tasty. The sauce to crust ratio was right on! The pepperoni was crispy - which is sometimes hard to find on a pizza. I was very impressed with Jet's Pizza. Next time I order, I will have to try the original crust. I am sure that will be equally yum-o! read more

This jets pizza used to have the best pizza in town. Now they are under new management and it shows. The pizza now taste like cheap Pizza Hut pizza. Their Greek salads used to be top notch as well, but needless to say the salads have suffered as well. Don't waste your money at this place. They have lost a loyal customer. read more

Placed an order online for a regular pizza with cajun crust. Mind you, cajun crust can be pretty spicy on it's own. I pick up the pizza and the crust looks black...I thought maybe they just overcooked it and took it out to the park to eat. Took a bite, and my mouth lit on fire....few seconds later my stomach was burning uncontrollably. I spit it out and wondered what the heck was going on...It was so spicy my eyes burned and mouth watered. Not good. I've had cajun crust before from little ceasar's and hungry howies and had no problem. Delicious. This was different. I called the store to inquire about the pizza, and was informed my order somehow was placed with a note for "extra cajun crust." I did NOT order that. Must have been a glitch in their system. Either way, they should know just how spicy and unedible that could be. The associate I spoke with was very rude and told me there NOTHING they could do about it, after I asked for either a replacement or refund since I could not eat it. She actually raised her voice with me, so I asked to speak with a manager who perhaps had a level head. Nope. Got the same response from him, that the "best he could do was give me the lunch special for $7." Basically, PAY AGAIN for a pizza that they messed up, and that I wasn't even sure would be made right. Hours later and my stomach was still burning. Water and Tums did little to help. They are honestly lucky they're not being sued. Told the manager and I will stick to my word that they will get no business from me in the future. The least they could do was replace a horrible and unedible pizza. Any food that is PAINFUL to eat should be replaced and not for another full charge. Bad business. read more

Jet's is great for kids parties, work events, and something affordable. It's not the best by far, but if you need to feed a group of people for a good price, then Jets Pizza is the place. Never been at the store front, but the delivery is always timely and usually friendly. read more

He said come back in 15 mins it would be ready. So i came back expecting to have a hot n fresh pizza ready for me, but to my surprise he "forgot" to make my pizza. Very slow on delivery...took an hour and past the estimated delivery time given. When I called to ask for the status, the man said he couldn't find my order. I say delivery... guy yells in the phone, are we still taking deliveries? Manager yells no... employee says sorry no deliveries tonight, bye. If you're like me, you get coupons from Jet's all the time in the mail. Use them. This is some of the best chain pizza you'll find. To be honest, I had no idea they were a chain, I had never heard of them. I ordered a "Best of Jet's" small deep dish, and was in heaven. Sometime later I saw a message thread somewhere discussing "best pizza chains", and saw that several people from around the country had said "Jet's" was their favorite. They have a great reputation, and deservedly so. The crust, sauce, cheese and toppings were all top notch, in the right ratios, just delicious. The cheese was better than any cheese you'll get on any chain pizza. I would have been very happy getting this exact pizza in an Italian restaurant and paying 3 times what I paid. read more

Stopped in while we were in the Lakeland area, so good. We use to live in Michigan and Jet's was our go to place for pizza. Sure wish they would put a Jet's in Vero, Melbourne or even Viera.
