Place is divided into a bar side (dark) and a "family" side. Seemed dingy inside. Leaks on the ceiling, black around the a/c vents, poor lighting. Lunch pizza was still on the pizza buffet from lunch, 4 hours later and looked like it. Salad bar also out, had some good things on it but dressings were crusting & I'd worry about things to temp. A guy showed from the back. I asked about unsweet tea. He said if you can call it tea, it's not brewed, it comes from a bag you mix with water. I paid $3 for that tea--it tasted just like water. Shoulda gotten free water. Asked for the 75 cent wings. He asked how long did I have. He didn't have anything to show how they come--but said 10 or 20? He named as many flavors as he could, apparently none of the 15 are written down. Over 30 minutes later, I received large looking, very steaming hot wings. Though I chose 2 flavors, the wings themselves were identical, made without the sauces. They were naked (didn't offer a breaded choice) with crispy (tough) skin & no grease indicating they were recently made from raw chicken. I was guessing bagged, pre-cooked, nuked--or baked. Half were overly-slathered with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, the other half with a Thai chili sauce (after the fact, room temp). I wasn't checked on 'til the last 5 minutes of the meal. Wings are too popular to get them like this. Toppers always had a great rep for pizza but seeing them dried out on the bar leaves me uinterested in the main event. Best wishes to them--they need to put more effort into caring about the restaurant and the customer to draw people in and keep them coming back. In the hour I was there one customer came in for a pick-up and one order went out with a delivery guy. Even the day care pick-ups and strip mall employees weren't coming in.
