I purchased at Jet's Deep Dish Bread with Hamburger Toppings and it was made it order. The service was great, I was able to order online and received a text confirmation of my Order. The cashier inside was pleasant and lobby was clean and well lit. That made the experience 10/10. They have pizza and wing deals going on and I will be trying their wings next! read more

Just get the deep dish from here, it shouldn't disappoint. But if you want a normal crust pizza, don't get it here. They'll put cheese in the middle and leave an inch and a half of cheeseless space inside the crust barrier. I know good help is not easy to find. If you're a Jets pizza maker and you're reading this, know that you hold real power in your hands to make someone's night better or worse when they open up the pizza you make. It's my first experience with Jet's and Detroit style pizza. It did not disappoint. Without having any other reference point for Detroit style pizza, I would describe Jet's 4 corner pizza as one of the best pan pizzas I've ever had. A thick, crispy, airy and buttery crust with a thin layer of robustly seasoned tomato sauce and modest layer of melty cheese. Bonus points for the use of old world pepperoni. It was perfectly pocked with spots of toasted cheese and a rim of caramelization around the top edge of the crust. My first bite took me back to my childhood and my first bite of pan pizza from a national chain, but way better. Back then would dunk that buttery crust in my cola... . Oh to be young. The wings were standard baked wings. Limp rubbery skin but they were moist and the hot sauce was good. Just can't get behind this style of wing. I would definitely order from Jet's again. read more

I tried to order online and it never sent me a confirmation text nor did it connect me to the store. I decided to change my mind and then 15 minutes later i get a text saying my pizza is on the way. When i called to let them know i wanted it cancelled the manager on duty was very rude and hung up the phone on me. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. read more

I ventured into Jet's after seeing so many positive reviews on here about this location. I ordered a large cheese pizza and it was ready in about 15 minutes! The service was super friendly. The pizza was just okay. The crust was hand-tossed and the sauce was nothing to rave about. Nothing really stood out to me about the pizza. I was at a house party and the host had ordered Jet Pizza. I was H hungary but being a thin crust snob i was expecting to be disappointed. I was anything but. Jet's Pizza is located in the same spot where Little Caesar's used to be in Palomar Center. I would actually probably rate them a 3.5 from my experiences. I have had no success with texting my order (maybe that's just me) but they do offer 20% off your order if you text it in. Online ordering is easy, though. I love the flavored crusts! Turbo and butter flavors are both great. They have quite the selection of crusts to choose from too, and we have tried the thin and the thick (I think that's the Detroit style) and both are good. The pizza on the most recent order was not hot when I got it home, but a few seconds in the microwave took care of that. The antipasto salad is good, and we really enjoyed the wings, but they don't offer any dipping sauces. During the Covid-19 crisis they are offering curbside pickup which is fast and convenient. The best delivery pizza in Lexington! Love the thicker Detroit style crust that Jet's is known for and you can choose from a variety of crust seasonings - Turbo is our favorite. You can order and pay online and this location delivers quickly even to my house which is in Jessamine County. My favorite topping combo is sausage & banana pepper but you can also order 1/2 & 1/2 so we often also get pepperoni. The cheesy Jet's bread is good if you can't get enough carbs. I tried Jet's because a friend suggested it. It's a chain, so I thought, "Eh, it's not going to be that good." I was really surprised. It is honestly the best pizza I have ever eaten. I drive from Frankfort to Lexington every weekend, and most of the time I eat here. It's a little out of my way, but man, the pizza is great. The guys who work here have been really nice to us as well. There's not much seating at all (about all their business is delivery or carry out) and the pizza is pricey compared to $5 and $10 pizzas you can pick up at other chains. Update: Well, we were in the mood for pizza and in the area, so we figured we would try carry out from Jet's. We got coupons from their website. This was an unfortunate choice. My favorite chain pizza place! The pizza is super yummy and the employees are great. This location is close to my house, so I order often. I've never had a bad experience whether it be takeout or delivery. My sister and I were visiting family in the hospital and hadn't had dinner yet, so we called in for takeout. The pizzas are very good. It is a nice change to be able to get a clean tasting, and not over spiced pizza. The staff is very friendly and polite. I found them to be very helpful during my first visit. The menu was pretty busy, and it was nice to have them help me cut through all of the chatter. They say that all of the ingredients are prepared fresh each day. It tastes like they're fresh. As I said before, they are not super spicey like most of the other pizza joints in town. Lexington is no pizza town. Our best pizza is a massive food truck that is basically built out of a shipping container. And delivery pizza is almost always bad. I can't stand not only the taste but the politics of Papa John's and Domino's, we had no food in the house because of a cancelled flight out of LEX, so we ordered Jet's. I have no idea what the politics of this chain are, but again, not much here. Delivery pizza - even one this close to our house and even one that takes 45 minutes (which, I thought, might be a good sign....like...hey...they are really making the pizza) - still is not much. read more

We also were slightly out of there delivery range at 3.2 miles, but I was surprised to get a phone call a few hours after our pizza delivery from one of the employees who said that they had put our address within delivery range so when I called back to order there wouldn't be any problems in the future. In the new year, I have been trying to eat less carbs and processed meats. I work in the Beaumont area and I really enjoy leaving work during my lunch break to run errands and grab a quick lunch. I've had a difficult time finding lunch options in the area that are quick, filling, healthy, and cheap...until now. Jet's salad! Jet's has "small" lunch salads for only $4.99 (add chicken for $1). They call it a small, but they are huge- more than enough for one person even if you choose not to get the chicken. I love the greek salad - it has lettuce, feta cheese, beets (a little weird but I'm trying to embrace my inner health goddess/Dwight Schrute), tomatoes, greek olives, red onions and pepperoncini. The portion of (Italian) dressing they give is also more than enough (I like to drown my salads). The only thing that annoys me is that I have to either call in my order or order in person. I have tried to order this salad online for pickup but the price is different (about 50 cents more) and there isn't an option to add chicken. The employees are very nice and the location has seating if you want to dine in. read more

We ordered a pizza, sub boat thing, and a big antipasto salad for dinner tonight because I was working. The pizza was beyond delicious, crispy on the edges and you can only eat maybe 2 pieces of this deep dish pizza. The salad was good. It wasn't as good of an antipasto as Mad Mushrooms, but it was a lot bigger. I would suggest they actually tear the lettuce smaller next time instead of leaving big chunks. But it still came with an awesome Italian dressing. The only messed up thing tonight was that instead of the sub type sandwich I wanted for my husband, we got some little sub sandwich with bread. I explained to her what we wanted, a baked sub that's the pizza dough folded over and baked. I explained that I wanted the lettuce and tomatoes on the side and some Italian dressing with it. Hungry Howie's back in Florida would do them up this way and they were awesome. Anyway, despite the explanation, she didn't give us what they call a deli boat, she gave us a sub sandwich. o.O Once I spoke to the manager when I realized the mistake, he was really great about correcting it. I think it was an error on both our parts, but he accepted responsibility, apologized, and is shipping me a new one to feed to my husband right now. I come from an area that has a pizzeria on every corner...all phenomenal! It was with with great hesitation that I would try a chain in Kentucky. This place did good!! I had the supreme...fantastic...its not home, but better then anywhere else out of New York that I had...You deserve the 5 stars Jet....will definitely try you again. I had called ahead to make sure they could have a delivery to me by 11:00. It arrived at 11:18, 12 minutes before my lunch ended. The calzone contained pizza sauce, instead of just garlic butter. Just tried Jets for the first time. Opened the box to a smell of cleaning product. If that's the flavor of the sauce then it's disgusting! I'm scared to eat the stuff though- took a couple bites and it just didn't taste right. I don't know if a disgruntled employee put something in it or the sauce has gone bad. Something is "off" to the point I'm ready to send it off to a lab. I've heard the pizza is good- that makes me even more worried about what was put in it. We've only ever ordered delivery here. It usually takes about 30-40 minutes to arrive. Upon arrival, the food is always hot and exactly how I ordered. I've also used online ordering and it was easy and convenient. I love the deep dish pizzas and the pizza sauce is probably my favorite of any pizza place.
