When looking to find a good pizza place, there's always the question of you want quality over quantity. There are days when you want the $5-$10 mediocre pizza. There are also days when you want legit "good" pizza. Jet's Pizza is that option. We order this when I'm looking for great quality. Hands down the best crust ( 4 or 8 corner cut pizza) I've ever had. Deep dish similar but not filled in gaps, just a fat actuated pizza. Specialty pizza like the Aloha BBQ or the BLT are my favorites. Buffalo Chicken is a very close 2nd. Even the "normal" pepperoni, deluxe etc are pretty solid. We get thin crust for my daughter and that taste remarkable still. The prize is steep like I said, almost $20 + for a pizza so it's definitely a place to order from when you have a few extra bucks or want great pizza. I do carry out at this location and the staff is friendly and helpful. Looks clean and organized. Not much to see as everything is behind the counter and tall glass but I'm not there for that. Absolutely unacceptable experience. We placed an order picked it up & this was a customized order, but it was wrong had a topping of bacon on it, My child is allergic to bacon, called in put on hold for 10 min then Manager Dan picks up very rude pretty much told me to either come back up there and wait and if I wanted it delivered, it would be 45 minutes. we waited no delivery. I called again rude hung up the phone and said it was on its way then called. Nothing came two hours later he assured me it's on its way. No pizza called and spoke to another so-called manager and he said there's nothing he could do I have to come up there and speak with Dan tomorrow in the morning and I asked for Corporate's number and they would not give it to me so I'm writing this review and I did happen to get the number to corporate and will be calling. These are a bunch of clowns, so called managers .. rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No accountability, no apology, and no resolution. We were left with no pizza for the night. Jet's Pizza nailed it with their Detroit Style Pizza! It was my first time eating their pizza and upon the first bite, I could tell that this was a quality pizza with fresh ingredients. We ordered the pepperoni Detroit style for lunch; a co-worker picked it up. The pizza was still hot by the time they came back to the office. Loved the crust, sauce and toppings. I love this place. It's my go-to option when I've had a long day and just want my food brought to my door. It's always quick, it's always hot, and the drivers are always really nice. They always thanks me for their tips. That leads me to believe some of you aren't tipping the drivers? You have to tip the drivers! The delivery fee does not go to the drivers. Repeated for emphasis: the delivery fee does not go to the drivers!!!!! Anyway, I have zero complaints. If I pick up in person, they're awesome. If they deliver, they're awesome. One time I didn't know they were here because it was a half hour earlier than the tracker said. I thought my dogs just wanted to go outside. I was pleasantly surprised it was the delivery driver. Luckily he was super cool about it and set my order in my house for me because I had my dogs leashed in my hands. Major love to Jets and their crew. We aren't typically deep dish pizza fans so we'd never tried "Detroit style" pizza. We were happily surprised with the size of the pizza and amount of toppings. My friend has been hyping up Jets Pizza for a while now. He said it is awesome and that I need to try it. He compared it to Angelos in Lakewood. After reading up on it, I decided to try it out while on the way to Fin, Feather Fur. Jets Pizza is a small chain based out of south Michigan. They have flavored crusts like Hungry Howies. The logo is a stroke of genius. My friend advised that I try the square deep dish and turbo stix, which are bread sticks with a few cheeses on them. This new to Cleveland pizza chain has really won me over. Their 8 corner pizza - now being copied by Little Ceaser's - is awesome. Every slice is the corner slice, and that's where it's at for me. The sauce is really good, and when you get the cajun flavored crust you get just the right amount of heat to the pizza. Quality is always spot on, and from what I understand they have very strict quality controls in place to assure you get a great pizza every time you order. The locations few and far between, but I really hope that changes so that more Clevelanders get to enjoy this mouth watering pie. read more
