The service sucks here. They hardly ever answer their phone. For once they answered, took my order and the guy taking the call had no clue hiw to take the order or put it in. Someone gave me a coupon to try this place. Honestly, I didn't know they were there until I got the coupon. Our favorite pizza is at a place in Lexington, Ky and this one is just as good. Let me start by I love Jets pizza overall. This location gets extra points because they are investing in the lives of the youth. My staff reached out for an event for a few afterschool program in the neighborhood community. Jets stepped up and donated for those attending the kickoff event. I normally get the cheese pizza when I order carryout or deliver. I love the fact that this location delivers to my residence. The employees are friendly as well. The pizza has just the right amount of sauce and cheese. I love the deep dish crust and how the cheese melts in it. I usually fill up after a few slices. This is one of the worse pizza's I've ever had in my life. It is super bland and soggy with about zero flavor. I can taste the sweet sugar but nothing else. If you want a soggy thin and crispy with no taste call this place. The steak and cheese sub we got tastes just about as terrible. We ordered a pizza for delivery. 15 minutes later they call to verify the address. 20 minutes later still no pizza. I call the driver who asked to verify the address with his gps, he does not answer. Five 'minutes later I call again. Five more minutes I call again no answer. So I call the store, they tell me they do not deliver to our address. No one could call us back and say we don't deliver to your location. Poor customer service. Oh but they deliver across the street. read more

Apparently this location uses DoorDash for delivery, even if you order directly from the restaurant. Delivery was much closer to an hour rather than the half hour that was quoted to us, but it was evident by the cold pizza that it sat in the Dasher's car much of that time while he made other deliveries. This restaurant is right up the street from us, and we saw on the map where the driver was, which was nowhere between the restaurant and us. Recently tried them again. Totally different experience from the first. Had some issues with ordering online. For some reason it showed up as pick up. So i called the store to change it and worked with the manager to get this resolved. Thirty minutes later, I received a call from the manager apologizing for running late. This is a relatively new location for Jet's. The food quality is great but the service and timeliness of this location leaves a lot to be desired. The first time we ordered, it took 3 hours for delivery. When they finally arrived, the driver forgot our salad and gave us the wrong pizza. Management said they would remove the charge from our credit card. We decided to give them a second shot a few weeks later. This time they got the order right but it still took much longer than quoted to get our delivery. It seems like they're still in the process of figuring things out. The manager, Phil, is friendly and accommodating of special orders. The pizza is hot and delicious, especially the Italian sausage pizza. Only thing I'd like to change is to use fresh mushrooms. Alright. First timer for Jets and I get it, we're quarantined and people are flustered. However, I called in around 515pm and they quoted me 20-25 minutes. We arrived around 6:25 and I went in and they said they would bring it out in about 5 minutes. Charged me twice but I got paid back so whatever. Brought the stuff out and the salad dressings were spilled everywhere and we didn't get one item. Took it back in and they were perplexed as to why we were coming back in to ask a few questions. So we subbed one thing on our pizza.... we didn't want ham but wanted black olives instead and got charged $2.79. Ok. Didn't want tomato on salad but wanted onion... got charged $1. Ok. Y'all are making like %500 on your salads they're down right hilarious looking. Would never recommend a salad from that place. Anyway pizza was good but we will opt for a different location. I went into Jetts Pizza in Woodlawn Oh off Springfield pike. Every customer had mask on but the employees no mask only gloves. I left because I did not think it was right for the employees to not be dressed the way they are supposed too. I called the manager of this jetts he says oh our air conditioning is not working.
