With the boat tours they tell you exactly when to show up. The computers have all your details and if there's a problem or if you have questions, they help you and are very professional about it. Your ticket is clear- which boat number and trip you're on. They make announcements ahead of time and it's in an orderly fashion. Once on the boat, it's party time. They have different styles of boats depending on your trip but they all are clean and operated by professionals. I'm saying this a lot because when safety matters, you want to know that people are trained for their jobs. We had a highly skilled captain, very entertaining and informative tour guide and many helpful deckhands. We snorkeled (clean equipment), bird watched, saw many whales, sea turtles and went to a secluded beach. All food and drinks provided were tasty and abundant. We arrived back at port safely and highly enjoyed our excursion. If we had more time, we would have done more.

Our swim was VERY interactive and hands-on and they spent a lot of time explaining dolphin behavior. My dolphin's name was Paco, a 7-year-old male. My girlfriend's dolphin's name was Shany, she was a 30 year old female. The trainers we had were absolutely AMAZING!!! For an additional $30 we were also able to book a swim with the sea lions. The entire staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. We had such a great experience with the dolphin swim that before we left we booked our next adventure to Rhythms of the Night. This was yet another fantastic experience. The boat ride there and back were both a complete blast. Dinner on the island was more than we expected. The show itself blew us away. We will definitely be booking with them when we return to Puerto Vallarta!

We were provided with neck gaiters, goggles and helmets. This was a private tour, so just two of us and our guide and a photographer/videographer. (NOTE - make sure you take some photos of your own along the way). So much better than a slow dusty caravan of the group tours. Then, off we went! The first bit of the ride is through city streets to get to the road up the mountain. The cobblestones of PVR gave way to dirt roads and some paved areas at smaller towns along the way. After an hour or so, we stopped at a small bar/restaurant and enjoyed a beverage by a waterfall. We had a great conversation with Agustina about traveling. The road up the mountains has some holes and some puddles so you have to pay attention, and we occasionally encountered some traffic (mostly other ATV tours or buses) and a bull, a donkey, a cat, and several dogs. The speed bumps in the residential areas can sneak up on you, too! The views of the mountains are beautiful and you spend a lot of time running along the Cuale River. We always felt safe and Augustina was a fabulous leader!! When we returned to the office, the videographer had compiled our video and photos to review on the computer. The price was a bit silly $1500 pesos ($100US) for either the photos or the video, $2000 pesos for both. So, we passed on that. We have already recommended the tour to fellow travelers and would even take the same tour again ourselves. Highly recommend!!

It put first timers like us at ease. We first traveled through town and small communities. We made our first stop at a restaurant alongside the water to jump in and have margaritas! I would 100% recommend this tour. Thank you Sergio !

Funny guys and very competent in what they're doing - I also wanted to give a big shoutout to Luis, Vanessa, and Gerardo for being spectacular guides on the ATV excursion. The stop at the bar and pool were tons of fun, and the views were to die for. - The only thing I would have to say is be prepared to hike a bit on the zip line excursion, maybe a total of 15mins worth of hiking but it's all steep and uphill so keep that in mind. My email reservation confirmation stated clearly it was included- they then sent a response after we complained with a Spanish version of an email and stated our tickets didn't include the payment. They completely stated a differed response and stated they hand typed the "wrong" information into our original reservation receipt email. We were greeted with a delicious cocktail made by the mixologist, Martin. Before the full tasting, the tour takes you through an interactive and realistic display, including 3D art, that educates you on the mythological origin story of Agave, its present day history, and finally the processes used to make it through the years, across the world. We felt as though they shared a very special piece of Mexico's culture with us and we will always remember this tour! We had many questions and David always had answers and was very accommodating. The tasting was prefaced with an experience meant to open your mind smelling many flavor notes brought out from the distillation process. The tasting room was very nice and Martin had prepared us each plates of snacks meant to compliment and enhance the tasting process. We've done wine tasting but this was much much more interesting and for someone who wasn't a huge fan of tequila, I have been converted! Gratuity was not expected but appreciated. They also had a store of Tequilas available for purchase, the kinds we tasted as well as many others that they also gave us tasters of. We weren't planning to, but we couldn't leave without buying some! It was a great experience, education, and awakening of your taste buds, we highly recommend!

Our guide told us "go order your food, then go enjoy your photos with the animals while you wait for your food" this was smart advice. I am not one that is a huge fan of animals, but I will say that the staff was very friendly and really was patient with us and the animals. The food was amazing! It may be a little pricer than other areas, but you are paying for the experience with the animals too. There is no cell reception at this location, and there are signs to swim at your own risk in the water below the restaurant. I really wish I could have done a canopy tour that included the zip lining as it looked awesome from afar! But I was still happy to settle for eating sat the restaurant and interacting with the animals. The staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming from the start. Fair warning: the drinks start flowing around 9am, so pace yourself and bring lots of sunscreen -- the sun + cocktails add up quickly. The booze selection is pretty generic, but plentiful, and the snacks along the way are appreciated. The fajita lunch was solid and hit the spot after a morning on the water. Shoutout to Ricky Ricardo, truly the hostess with the mostest -- high energy, fun, and kept the vibe going all day. Luis was also fantastic, constantly checking in and somehow remembering everyone's names, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. They even slowed the boat down so we could watch whales, which was a highlight, and having a photographer on board was a nice touch to capture the day. The music on the ride home was a little outdated, but honestly... it just turned into a dance party anyway -- especially once the tequila shots started making the rounds. All in all, a great excursion with a fun crowd, attentive staff, and memorable moments. Easy 4 stars and a solid choice if you're looking for a lively day trip while in Puerto Vallarta.

The breakfast on the way there was an assortment of fruit and mini muffins. The lunch was fajitas which we really enjoyed. I loved that everyone had to wear a life jacket for the first 10 minutes of the ride as I was initially nervous about the ride. After the 10 minutes are up, we had the option of continuing to wear the life jacket or take it off. All the instructions they gave were in both English and Spanish. One of the highlights on the way there was the whale watching. We saw a couple of them and it was so cool because it's the very end of the season, so we won't be seeing them again for a few months. Once we got the the island, we had some really good chips and guacamole. There were a few different excursion options for an additional cost. such as hiking to the waterfall, going horseback riding, or driving ATVs. Not sure what the cost for those were. We enjoyed snorkeling in the ocean and swimming in the shallow pool with a bar attached for easy access. I highly recommend this tour. We definitely got our money's worth and more!
