I am simply over the moon for the custom, hand made pendant which Max Jewelers made for me and I picked up this afternoon! It is to be a graduation gift for my granddaughter this May, and incorporates the diamond from the engagement ring given to me by her grandfather almost 50 years ago. After scouring catalogs of settings, Madi, at Max took so much time to listen to what I wanted, sketched it out perfectly to scale and brought in his artisan/craftsman Brian in to create it. I wanted a piece that she would love at 18 and 80 years of age. When Madi opened the box, it took my breath away! It could not have been more exacting to what I pictured and described. That day I had been all around Lakeland looking for a ring and was a bit frustrated, particularly having come from Zales where they insisted on using pressure methods. What a complete Jewelry solution and a great experience! Every contact with these guys was friendly and efficient. Although we had one ring design in mind the second we needed help with. They have given plenty of time to discuss through options (until their closing time) until we eventually arrived on a design.
