My family and I were blessed to walk into Ackermans 24+ years ago and meet their newest staff member Linda. Since then we have been lucky enough to have them as our neighborhood jewelers and the only place we would trust with special pieces and special moments in our lives. I recently got engaged and my fiancé proposed with a travel ring bc he wanted to make sure I helped in the diamond selection process. After taking me someplace else that friends had suggested, we realized that experience was too special to entrust to just anyone. We went straight to Ackermans and after Linda made sure she knew what setting, style, size etc. I was looking for, my fiancé went back the next day and spent over a hour with the owner Ron making sure the got the perfect diamond for me. The customer service, the kindness and the attention to detail (and quality) is unmatched here. We have already popped back in to have the ring steamed and say hello. I can't say enough good things. If you are in the market for any piece of jewelry, need yours repairs or reset, this is where you want to go.

The work was done in a few days and the result was incredible--exactly what my wife wanted. Everyone at Kiefer is very friendly and helpful, and there is just a welcoming vibe in the store. We were told about a really nice jewelry shop in Lutz, Florida -- we're from New Port Richey so it's a bit surprising we hadn't already heard of the place. When we entered the store, we were greeted by Brianna. She gave us a tour of the shop and showed my wife many different pieces of jewelry ranging from earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings. The store has a great selection. I was able to convince my wife to at least get the earrings today. Maybe the necklace and/or the ring will be an upcoming Christmas present. I looked at some watches and maybe I'll get a watch in the future too. A very nice store, a very nice selection of jewelry and even some watches, and Brianna was a treat. She was very friendly and definitely made my wife feel comfortable (sometimes my wife gets shy in these settings). I strongly recommend Kiefer Jewelers.

They have a huge selection of Pokémon products, including sets that are almost impossible to find in stores these days. They're also really fair when buying Pokémon cards. My son recently sold part of his collection there and he was very happy with the offer he received. Zach is really great to deal with very honest and he knows his stuff. I don't just come to Arnold's for Pokémon. I've sold scrap gold there before too. I like that they show the live scrap gold price in their website so you know what to expect. They're one of the best family-owned jewelers I've been to.
