I was planning to get ring back within a week. I was told I could money value or a replacement what wasn't explained is to get a replacement they still wanted to me to pay the 1050 that was owed. I paid this with what was owed in money value,but what was so messed up is that I entrusted this location with my property it was stolen on their watch yet in order to get a ring that was no longer mine I was supposed to but my family in further debt to get a ring that was not mine. That would never in a million years replace what was taken from me. What was offered was Bullshit to say the least. I will never step foot in another one of these locations,and will make sure I let everyone know how horrible this company is. BY THE WAY THE STAR WAS ONLY GIVEN BECAUSE I HAD TO GIVE IT!!!!

I go to do tap to pay with my debit card, before I can even register to insert instead when it didn't take, she blurts 'We don't do tap to pay'. I insert my card, pay, and go about my way. This associate offered no greeting or hello when I first came to checkout, was not friendly, and uncomfortably watched me the entire time I checked out. this is not customer service. do better Walmart
