I came in to pick up the prescription for my wife who had arthroscopic surgery on her leg earlier in the morning. I needed to pick up aspirin for her to relieve possibility of blood clots and a a pain killer prescription. I spend abut 10 minutes looking at the wide variety of aspirins. I went to the counter and asked him and he told me I should select a low dose and something else which I cannot recall at the moment. He also told me the aspirins are included in the prescriptions and explained to me the dossages and frequency of the pain killer and the aspirins. I was very nervous coming from the my wife's surgery and he took time to explain the prescritions and dosages. Thank you so very much. This is why we have been using Walgreens since I was a kid growing up in Chicago, the employees care about their customers.

The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.

It was obviously more than we originally thought of doing, but we are sure we won't regret it in the future. The only thing that didn't make us happy, and why this isn't four stars, was the price tag. We picked the chair we liked best & thought the price was what was on the tag. There were options below the big price, like heat & massage, which were things that could be added to the base. Oh, but the material that the chair used was on that list (which we didn't realize because it was not a common name). It was not in the large number on the price tag and added $900 to the price. We didn't know this until we were checking out. We do not blame Terri for this, but the company that thought this was a good idea. The tag should have had the final price, before taxes & delivery not the base price if you could buy it off of the floor like we did.

This location has consistently: Delayed my needed medication due to being out of stock, been rude when I have called to inquire about my medicine, or completely cancelled because of "supply issues". If they were going to cancel it, the least they could have done was inform me so I could get my needed medicine elsewhere. I just find it unacceptable the level of "customer service" I have received as a long time customer. In the past 6 months since switching, I haven't had an issue with my new pharmacy once.
