Dropped 2 rings off to be sized down 1 size. They sat there for over a month, untouched. Took them to another reputable jeweler who had them done in 2 weeks. Will never go to this jeweler again. The owner was angry and tried to guilt me into leaving them or them to work on. Ummm no - you had a month. Very disappointed. I've gone to them previously and been pleased with their work, but this time - NO. I brought in a ring to be sized larger in December. When I didn't receive a pick-up call after 5 weeks, I went in there. They claimed they had texted me to let me know it was ready - NO. The ring fits the exact same way it did before I brought it in there. They made no effort to say, "Let's see if we can make it better," and I suspect I paid $87 for NOTHING. I brought Mike and Jeff a single diamond wedding ring that my grandmother had left me when she passed away and presented them with a challenge. We asked them to create a design in a new band that would take the lone stone and add an array of small diamonds around it in order the create the illusion of a pear-shaped engagement ring. They took the Challenge Head on! The price wasn't quoted until the second or third visit for us because Mike and Jeff wanted to make sure we liked the design before they gave us a price. Once they did, it was based off metal and diamond prices from that day's current rate and it never changed. I took my bracelet in December 27th, had noted on Christmas that one of the guards was missing. Was told it would take a week and a half to 2 weeks...they had to order the part and the cost would be $15-$20....On January 17th I called - was told they just got the part and it would still be couple of days. They called me back less than an hour later and left me a message that it was ready to be picked up. When I went in the next day was told it was $45.00, because his father had to make the part as it couldn't be ordered. I paid, but if I'd known it was going to be that much wouldn't have had it fixed, as I only paid $20. for it to start with. They never tried to contact me with the change, I have other things to get fixed but I will never set foot in their bait and switch business again and look forward to seeing them go out of business sooner than later! read more

Holy helll, with three L's, not only are these guys the real deal, their custom laser cutting jewelry machine broke while creating the rings for our wedding. There are like 10 of these machines in the world? Maybe more than that, but apparently they're super rare. Somehow they sourced another one in time to still complete our rings in time for the wedding, guaranteeing that my wife to be still married me :P As far as I'm concerned, there's not really anyone else I trust when it comes to jewelry. read more

Outstanding, honest, family managed business. They fixed my poorly designed wedding ring, and charged less than most jewelers.

I have been to this place several times. The last time I was in was to have a diamond band resized, from a larger size to a smaller one. The owner told me of the cons about having it resized, and that I might lose diamonds later on in the band. He told me that I should have bought a smaller ring! He was so unprofessional and rude. I couldn't believe it. There are many people that have to have a ring resized due to many reasons, losing weight is one of them. I will never go back, this is a small place of business, which I've always tried to support but I think he definitely needs to treat his customers better. Unfortunately, I had an unacceptable experience. I had dropped of a ring for repair in early August and never received a call when the repair was completed. Instead I had to phone numerous times to inquire the repair status and was put on hold each time by an employee who abruptly and rudely said "I am helping a customer," which of course was confusing as I thought I qualified as a customer too. The person never returned to the phone so each time I eventually hung up. Sometime in mid-November (3 months later) I ended up misplacing my claim check and when I phoned in was scolded for doing so. Distressed and perplexed by the deplorable customer service, I called exasperated at the end of December stating that I needed to pick up my ring repaired or not. Finally a person actually took my information and phoned me back. The person told me my ring was fixed and would be set aside so I could pick it up. When I went in it was not set aside but instead I was again scolded for not having a claim ticket and told I would have to leave and return another time to pick it up. The person was so rude both my children commented on his behavior not understanding why someone would behave as such. I did go back a very last time to pick it up. Unfortunately (again) it was the poorest work ever performed on a piece of jewelry. However, being I wanted to leave and never return...I just paid the nearly $100 bill and left. Needless to say it was an expensive and awful experience. Regrettably, this was not only an example of poor workmanship but quite possibly my worst customer service experience and sadly it cost me $100. I have traveled the world and been fortunate enough to acquire several unique pieces of jewelry so please take the time to find a reputable jeweler as it is not just the cost it is the experience. read more
