I mentioned this to the guy behind the counter and he condescendingly told me that it is working while pulling the slide back, I looked over and saw he was manually actuating the slide stop. When I mentioned that to him, he got an attitude and attempted to gaslight me. What he didn't know is that I had a good idea as to what was wrong, so I bought the gun anyway. He had a nasty attitude the whole time until I gave him the money, then suddenly he learned how to be friendly. They also don't call you when your gun is ready to pick up, they just tell you the date, unlike every other pawn shop. He also got nasty when I tried to make a deal on the gun; it's a pawn shop, they make offers, why shouldn't the buyers make offers? Avoid this place at all costs, even if you know your guns, whatever they have isn't worth putting up with the b*tchy attitude. By the way, I fixed the gun. The mag spring was worn out.

We bought multiple pieces and they even resized them for us on the spot. While we were there, I asked about jewelry repairs and they said they can also help! So I came back today to get my wedding set resized because I lost a lot of weight recently (thanks ozempic!) and I am just so happy with the finished product. I was advised to actually not resize the ring as it could impact my setting, so they gave me another solution to add some "resizing beads" on the inside of the ring. It really did the trick and it was finished really well. They even buffed out/ polished some scratches I had on the outside of my band, too! I am really impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the integrity of the shop. I'll continue to come here for any repairs I need, or on fun shopping days when I'm looking for something new!

After putting a guitar on layaway and deciding I no longer desired to purchase it they said I could return the guitar for the full price because of a POM down payment I had made prior. After driving an hour and a half to get down here (several times) they said it only worked if the guitar was broken. This is after they already agreed to have me return the guitar for the full price not stating it needed to be broken. If you want to do any sort of business with these people be weary if what they say or what you sign. Glorified scamming and blatant liars. P.S the Value of guitar was marked at full price even though it was used.
