Amethyst ring in the spirit of UW colors
    Stan O.

During a navy deployment in Afghanistan I purchased some gem stones for my daughter who is attending UW where Keenan was more than helpful in evaluating them for me. Working with Keenan and my daughter we designed a ring with an amethyst I brought back and in the spirit of UW's purple and gold colors we designed a very reasonably priced gold ring. With the purple amethyst in the center and two gold citrines on the side. My daughter proudly wears it every day. Absolutely outstanding!

I was so happy with the service I received getting my wedding/engagement ring resized and cleaned. This is literally the only piece of jewelry that I wear and they did amazing job. Definitely would recommend!

I went to Keenan with a vision of two rings I had been envisioning for the 24 years of marriage with my husband. He worked with me to take this vision and create absolutely amazing rings! Keenan took time and brought such creative brilliance to the process! The end result was more amazing than I could have ever hoped for!! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I came to Keenen for help with designing my wedding ring. I had been searching online for some time and just couldn't find something I loved. I had some ideas in my head of what I had in mind and Keenan helped me create a one of a kind ring. He is extremely knowledgeable about creating fine jewelry and you can tell he takes pride in his work as it shows in the quality of his pieces. I am absolutely in love with the piece he created and I will be back for more!

Keenan rides again. I have a 55 year old gold lighter, an ST Dupont, made in France, preferred by James Bond, fyi. I bought it in New York 25 years ago. It needed some cleaning and a tune-up. Guess who knows everything about it? Yup, Keenan! If you have a piece of fine jewelry, or an accoutrement of value, Keenan will likely know something (or a lot) about it, and can assess its value. (He's like your own personal Antiques Roadshow.) It's fun just to go into the shop and see his collection. You might come away with an enchanting gift for someone special, like yourself. And of course, his forte, is jewelry - where gems and precious metals meld. He has an infectious passion for design and a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of the materials used in his craft.

Star Sapphire engagement ring we love.

Closed? And do not return phone messages. Plus no signage for this store front. Don't think they are in business any longer

Very knowledgeable ask for Keenan regarding vintage pieces. Pocket watches, lighters and pens.

I had an absolutely extraordinary experience here today. SUPERB customer service. SUBERB. I came…read morein with a watch bought on Etsy. A "refurbished" Seiko Alpinist. $188.00, $50 in shipping, $34 in tariff fees, (thank you very little you know who). I knew it was a gamble. It gained four or five minutes per hour. I hoped an adjustment or some work could at least make the watch serviceable. Walked into ARC, no appointment. Kelsy greeted me, directed me to Masami, who stopped his work to look at my watch, he politely identified it as a counterfeit, and said he would adjust the watch (NO CHARGE) to make it as good as it could be. "Would you mind waiting 15 minutes, sir?" What, really?! While Masami adjusted my Fakeo, Kelsy showed me about ten watches that I liked, (an hour), answered my questions, had great acumen, demeanor, and professional poise without projecting attitude or qualifying me, treated me like I was the only one in the store, and confirmed a thing or two she wasn't 100% sure of. Excellent. I don't trust anyone who claims to know everything. I wound up buying a beautiful and very reasonably priced (less than $350 out the door) Seiko and identified another that I will buy in the future. IT GETS BETTER! I asked Masami if installing new guts in my Fakeo would be a good idea, as I don't care about the status, I just like the looks of the watch and want it to keep time. He said he could do that, gave me an estimate, and said that just buying the authentic model would be a better financial path for the long term. I agreed. Always buy the best quality you can afford. Also, as I was checking out, I saw a watch that was beautiful, but redundant, with respect to my purchase, and as I asked a question about the band, Kelsy, being honest, wasn't quite positive about the answer... So one of the store owners, overhearing, (sorry I cannot recall her name and spelling), came over and explained the details to answer my question! AND she interrupted an in person interview to do so! AMAZING. So, the price of an education in a field where money can chase unlimited ends was, for me, a value and a lesson learned for not a disasterous price. And, I found a business that I can TRUST, and recommend. Readers, this is where you should take your watch, engraving and timepiece repair needs. When my budget permits, I will be back at ARC WATCH WORKS to get an authentic replacement for my Fakeo.

Sam at Arc Watch Works is an absolute legend. I wanted to modify my Casio Duro and called just…read moreabout every place from Seattle to Lynwood, they were the only ones to take on the job. The parts I supplied were not perfect and Sam was able to modify them so I could end up with my desired end goal. Removing the bezel from the duro is notoriously difficult, and some say impossible without damage to the watch but he was able to complete it (old bezel was bent but that's expected). Very happy to recommend their workshop but please call ahead to see if they are willing to accept the request.
