I called about 5 other places who told me they couldn't come out before landing on AK Appliance repair. They did come out. My initial call was immediately received and I had an appointment booked, with all details included, in about 10 minute. The technician Agazi came out promptly on Saturday as stated. He was as friendly of a person as you'll ever meet and made sure I was aware of all costs associated with this repair step by step. Once agreeing on the quote, which was within $50 of the estimate given on the phone beforehand, Agazi disassembled then reassembled my dryer handily all within about an hour and a half. It was impressive to watch. During the process he was diligent in vacuuming out all of the built up lent that had accumulated while it was accessible , which I greatly appreciated. One thing that stood out to me about Agazi was that he said he was thinking about this repair the night before. I liked knowing that my repair was cared about and planned out days in advance so that everything was done right the first time. When the moment of truth finally came and Agazi went to turn my dryer back on... it dried the first time with no issues. Just fantastic service all the way around. I called these guys to see what the options were as far as replacing or repairing and they wanted $69 to come look at it, and if you did the repair with them, the $69 would be credited toward the repair. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day and for them to look at it. They were on time and at that appointment, they determined it was a faulty part, gave me the exact price to repair and ordered it. A few days later, the part arrived and they called to schedule the repair appointment, which again they had availbility the next day. He came early and called first to make sure that was ok, was at my house for an hour and everything now works!
