The valet guy damaged my car on August 5 at 410 New Hyde Park and it's now August 19 and my car has not been fixed. They have not provided me with a loaner car and I can't get an answer as to when my car will be fixed. I called, emailed and texted and everyone is always "in a meeting ". This is disgusting , unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. read more

I panicked the day before my daughters wedding as I came to find out the lot I thought my guests could park at was not available. I was referred to Michael by our wedding venue and quickly received a call back from him and he confirmed a team within the hour and assured us all would be taken care of. A well dressed team showed up on time and, as he said, took very good care of our guests. They were professional and polite and I heard nothing but positive remarks about the service. I decided to host my mom's 75th birthday in the heart of Williamsburg for 80 guests in an area with very little parking. I cannot begin to explain how efficient and professional Michael and his team were. On the day of the event, it started to rain, and the one thing that my guest did not have to worry about was were to find parking and getting wet. I also appreciate that they had a strong system that made navigating 30-40 cars smooth without people waiting long for their cars. If I could give negative stars I would. I NEVER valet and the one time I do they fucked up my brand new Mercedes Benz. I had my brother fiancés bridal shower at Kyma restaurant in Roslyn and I come to find that they let my brothers JEEP wrangler roll into my Mercedes. Aside from all the damage on my car AND my brothers. They also let a family friends car running for 4 hours. My brother had to give her a jump cause her car wouldn't start. It's been almost a month and they've still yet to fix my car. They are telling me I can ONLY go to the shop they want me to. That's actually illegal. They have inconvenienced me and I've been driving around a messed up car and instead of going out of their way to help the situation, they're not. Disgusting. read more

My wife and I worked with Elite to provide valet services for our wedding guests at the Metropolitan Building in Long Island City. While there are parking garages in the general area, we figured that it would be the most convenient for our guests to provide a valet service for their use. We used Elite Parking to provide valet parking for our guests for our wedding at The Greenpoint Loft. Our contact was excellent about emailing us back immediately in reply to any of our inquiries, and was patient with us as we amended our needs shortly before our wedding. By all accounts his team was friendly, kind, and most importantly had cars ready for people very quickly. While it was very important to us that our guests have such efficient service, it was equally important to us that our guests not feel the need to tip the valets. With that we chose the pre-tip option, which awards a very generous gratuity to each valet with the understanding that a sign would be put out communicating tips had been taken care of by the hosts and that any additional tips would be refused by the valets. Prior to the wedding we made sure to have an additional conversation confirming this so as to avoid any confusion at the last minute. Following our wedding, we've asked a number of our guests if their tips were refused and thus far were told that all tips were accepted by the valets. This was very disappointing to us as we felt strongly that we didn't want our guests to incur any cost for this service and had taken the proper actions to include tip refusal in our contract. Upon bringing this to our contact's attention, he looked into it, and ultimately discovered that some of his valets had, in fact, accepted tips. We were offered a refund of half the amount of our pre-tip and as yet have not accepted. Ultimately this has left a very bad taste in our mouth as accepting any tips is in violation of our contract. While no amount of money will reverse what happened it seems a small sum with respect to the fact that our guests were left feeling that we were not gracious hosts. It's not about the money for us, but just the recognition that half of the pre tip, when the valets appear to have received all the tips they would have been rewarded had we not pre-paid, adds insult to injury. For us, we used Elite Parking as they were an exclusive vendor at the venue so we simply had no choice. While the parking/car retrieval portion of their services appear to be impeccable, should you also want to go the pre-tip route, we would suggest you have someone check on them throughout the night so that you don't find yourself in the same situation. read more

Michael Flynn was impeccable to work with. Offered solutions we didn't even realize were possible, at no additional cost! His team set up in front of the church where we got married, and then moved two blocks down to our reception venue, to best accommodate our guests. They even directed guests to the reception venue after the ceremony, which speaks to the "hospitality" part of their name. We sincerely appreciated the team's willingness to work with us, and we highly recommend their services. This was the least stressful part of the wedding planning, for sure! read more

Elite Parking was great! They confirmed with me and responded very promptly to any questions I had. The staff was professional and fast. It can be especially challenging to deal with parking in Brooklyn near 26 Bridge, so my guests were thrilled with having this service. At the end of the night, one of my guests (a groomsmen who was helping clean up) left his keys with them. One of the staff members of Elite services went above and beyond to figure out whose car they still had and made sure that I, as the bride, did not worry about it at all. We booked Elite Parking for valet parking for our wedding reception in brooklyn (501 Union). The venue we had our reception at recommended them because they said that they were reliable. The person we contacted, Michael, was professional and made himself available to us for any questions we might have. We heard no complaints about parking during our wedding which means they did a great job! I also dealt with one of the parking attendants and he was polite and efficient in his work.
