Eventually they called me back and I made arrangements to drop my car off after hours, due to a busy work schedule. George told me there was a drop box in the door. I arrived at 10:30pm and searched all around the building and didn't find a drop box. I called him in the morning and he insisted I just missed it and there was a Dropbox in the door. I asked him to send a picture of the drop box so I didn't miss it again and that's when he told me they don't have a drop box. I was suppose to jimmy open a window and then push the office door open through the window and throw my keys in. None of which was explained on the phone and not something I'd know to do as that's also considered breaking and entering. This place seems incredibly sketchy. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

I went over and met with George who looked at the damage and within 10 minutes I had an estimate. I took my car over to Green Tech on Monday and George told me it would be ready in Thursday. Thursday afternoon, George called me and told me my car was ready. When I picked up my car, the repairs were perfect and my car had been detailed. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will recommend Green Tech Auto Body to family, friends and anybody who asks. If you want prompt, courteous service with the work done right, George and Green Tech Auto Body is the place to go.

Rudy told me he thought Caliber Collision could fix my car, but the insurance claims adjuster would have to look at it first. Rudy was such a pleasure to work with in the 2 weeks that followed. He was courteous, professional, and couldn't do enough for me. He went over & above to try to save my car. Unfortunately the insurance company ended up totaling my car. I want to say, if it wasn't for Rudy's kind words and help, a terrible ordeal for me would have much worse. Thank you Rudy, keep being you!

I picked this place because it works with State farm and it was the closest location. I could only get an appointment a week after i called to make it. Everyone was nice to my face during my appointment. I was early to my appointment but the estimator was late. I was guided to just go inside and wait and no one here really explains much to you. I got my estimate back 3 days later from when it was taken with excessive things listed on there my car does not need. I am assuming they do this because they work with insurance companies. No one guided me if my car was safely drivable or not, i guess they just assumed i knew that because i drove it there and drove it home. I would have liked these guys to explain if im safe driving this thing around until it can get fixed because they are the experts apparently. They didn't say anything. I get an email from this place about scheduling to repair the damage before my insurance company even reached out to me regarding if my vehicle is a total loss or not. I called and the person who answered the phone was not friendly.. Johnathan. I believe his name is. Not sure. I was just calling to make sure we are on the same page or they know something i don't. The person over the phone was very rude and treated me like i was stupid. I understand a job can be frustrating but you should know you're dealing with people going through it if you work at a collision place. To the company: Please do not over work your employees. This makes the atmosphere of your work place negative and not helpful. Teach effective communication to your employees. This would probably solve most of the confusion or frustration between them and your clients. Communicate with the insurance companies before trying to schedule repairs with clients. This would help you look less scammy and stupid. To Johnathan or whoever answered the phone: Please understand you work in customer service and if thats not something that interests you, you might wanna look for other opportunities.

Thankfully, Alex, Rosalie, and especially Christian at Jewell Auto Body in Denver made the entire process remarkably hands-off for me, which was a huge relief. I was not billed for anything! Alex was helpful with the initial steps, and Rosalie efficiently handled the insurance paperwork and kept me informed, Christian truly went above and beyond, including getting a tow truck to the scene of the accident quickly & managing everything from the assessment to the total loss settlement with the insurance company. The hands-off approach was invaluable during a difficult time, allowing me to focus on other things. Christian's support and proactive handling of everything were greatly appreciated. The team at Jewell Auto Body, especially Alex, Rosalie, and Christian, provided excellent and hands-off service during a challenging experience. I highly recommend them.

The man at the counter came right out a room a peek. He didn't come across annoyed or bothered in any way. He walked around the car, took a few pictures then we went back inside and hit the computer. I found this auto body shop to be simple, direct and pleasant. I will update this review after the work is done.

Don't take your car here to get it fixed. They will literally RUIN your car!! I took it back in…read moreMarch to get a few hits on the back of my car taken care of. Biggest mistake of my life. Not only was I the one going back and forth with the insurance for them but after them having my car for awhile when it was time to get it back and after them getting $9000 from the insurance my bumper didn't even match the Color of my car and the car make logo wasn't even on the bumper anymore either. I honestly cried as I drove back home because I just couldn't understand how they could do such a crappy job. When I asked the guy about it he said because it was an off the market bumper. That's another thing I wish I would've known. I had explained to them from the beginning that it was important for me to get it fixed because it was a lease so if I would've known they were getting off market items I would've taken it to the dealership, but at the time I didn't know that was an option either I thought I could just be able to take it to any auto shop and I would get the same quality work. They did agree to fix it so I took it back a couple days later to get it fixed and also get that bumper model back on. Which I was grateful for. I went to drop it off again and it was quite quick. The paint looked a lot better. You can still tell a little there's something off, but I just can't quite put my finger on it and when I got there, I had to tell them that that's not where the make of the model was placed so he pretty much just took it off and placed it a little bit more above so they don't even try to look at what you had brought in before to make it match before you leave. Once I got home, I noticed that there was white paint on the black bumper as well as on the tail lights and I could also see that the windows looked like they had something on it, but I thought maybe it was just dust from sitting there for a couple weeks and it being dirty from the snow and rain due to the weather and due to my schedule and the rain and snow we've had the past weeks I had not been able to wash my car until yesterday and that's when I realized I'm not sure what they got all over the car, but the surface on the car on most parts feel rough and not smooth like it used to and my windows seem like they are dirty from whatever they got all over my car it almost seems like it's paint that was just landing on the car. I'm not sure but they ruined my brand new car that I worked so hard for and still do and they could've cared less all they wanted was the money to do a half ass job and when they try to fix it, they just ruined the rest of the car. It's sad that they let people leave knowing damn well the job they did wasn't good and if I wouldn't said anything my bumper still wouldn't match the rest of the car. I know my car and the condition I took it in and I know it wasn't like this don't take your car there because like I mentioned, they will ruin your car and they could care less about doing a good job. All they care about is getting the money. This isn't OK.

The front of my car looks brand new, no imperfections or sloppiness which I always worry about with these jobs but they did just fine. Also got a thorough dashboard detail and vacuum for free! Super happy with platinum, Thomas the owner was very professional and said he just took over the company from someone else not as good. Seems legit I didn't notice anything wrong with the place. It's a bit hard to find though, don't use Apple Maps it will take you to an abandoned building, you have to take the service road under the overpass.
