If I did need an alternator, Big O would have been a major rip off based on their quote. Watch out for these scam artist scumbags.

Now he needs the vin number. Goes and gets it. Puts it into the computer and then tells me my price is now going to be $230 more than originally quoted. I took my key and left. I then checked the local dealer, Bickford Ford for the same pricing with the vin number. Their pricing was $130 less than my final price. This company can eat garbage all day. I wonder if this is reflective of the owner? No company should do business like this.

I had Eric (the manager) come check the car out. He asked if he could test drive the car to see what was going on, and not even 2 seconds into driving, he drives over a curb like the idiot he is and didn't even apologize for it. End result is the motor and possibly the transmission are warped and will cost more to fix than the actual KBB value of the vehicle. And of course they will do whatever it takes to deny a claim for negligence.

They charge about 50 to 60% LESS than what Harley wanted and Harley wont put any non OEM part on your bike. They even gave me some maintenance info for my bike. These guys are actual certified Harley Mechanics. Between the two of them they have about 45 years of experience. I would definitely trust them with my bike and I will not take my bike to any Harley dealer without calling them first.
