I received a very detailed estimate quickly, but it was from their Kirkland location which was fine because the price was good at either location. He arranged to have a Lyft give me a ride home which was a huge help. Within about an hour, I received a very detailed inspection report online which included photos and a list of suggested maintenance and repair items for my car. I was really impressed with how thorough the inspection was. I approved the additional work. My car was completed on time and the quality of the work seems good so far. My car was returned to me as clean as I dropped it off. No finger prints, smudges, dirt, spilled fluids, etc. I hate that.
