This was our first time visiting this lot and it will be our forever moving forward. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was available to answer our questions and help us out. The best part was how much Sarah really cared about us. My daughter wanted a pink mini tree. Unfortunately they sold out and Sarah did her best to offer other options to her. The best part was Sarah was so nice she gave my daughter a topper that she absolutely adored and once we turned it on at night time, my daughters excitement was unforgettable. But the girl who was there was friendly and helpful and told us that they would be getting a new shipment on Thursday. We came back on Friday night, and sure enough - they had several beautiful large trees to choose from. The price was great and they helped put the tree on our car. We were so concerned there wasn't going to be any good looking trees left and thankfully we were wrong. They have so many good looking trees like Douglas, Nordman and Noble Fir. located at the Logan HS parking lot, they're not hard to find. There are a few christmas trees lots to choose from. We went here 3 years because its the closest to our home. The visits over the last 3 years had been great and consistent. We get our tree the weekend after thanksgiving day so there aren't much buyers yet. They have a good amount of trees. Not too overwhelming. Prices are reasonable. The guys who help us load the trees are very helpful and nice. The lady at the register had been always great. She even remembers us every year we visit. read more

Sophia and the entire team at the Logan High School location are always very friendly, helpful, and fast -- and year-after-year we've been very happy with our Christmas trees. We prefer Nordmann firs, and they always have a good selection of those along with Noble firs and Douglas firs; plus, seeing their multi-colored flocked trees is always delightful. Perhaps most important of all is their charitable spirit, which we've experienced first-hand -- Sophia helped us make a donation that went to a needy family. The trees run $130+ for 6-7ft, the staff are not helpful, and the trees are poorly filled. There are no rulers or other means of measurement at the lot, leaving patrons to guesstimate the height. The density of the needles on the trees are very inconsistent -- you'll see one side that is full and bushy, but turn the tree 180 and find that the tree is only dense on the side that it received sunlight, and skeletal on the other. If you're looking for overpriced, poorly maintained trees, with no spirit of customer service to save either, this is the right place. Otherwise, there are far better options within 10 to 15 minute drives from this location. read more

I contacted JG Tree 3 weeks before my event to order over 400 pumpkins for our school pumpkin patch. They were very easy to work with. They include hay bales and corn stalks in the order with the options of spreading them out or setting up a photo area. I opted for a photo area and the person I spoke to informed me they would include some nice white pumpkins too for photo purposes. They said they would call a few days before to touch base. Fast forward to the week of the event and no call. So I called because I needed an invoice for PTA payment purposes. They require payment on delivery. It was a little difficult getting that after playing phone tag and never getting emails they sent for a few days. The evening before I finally got my invoice VIA email. Day of delivery I was expecting a 7am delivery as discussed the day I ordered but I received a call at almost 6:30am saying they were at the school. I knew the gates didn't open until 7am so unfortunately they had to wait. Later on my invoice I noticed a 6am delivery time which wasn't what we discussed. Also the guys that delivered had no clue where or what I wanted setup. Even though I had discussed it over the phone when I ordered. I got there at 7:30 and they were almost finished setting up. I was slowly freaking out inside cause 435 pumpkins bunched together don't look like 435 pumpkins. Teachers were questioning if I ordered enough and I didn't have the time to count. But the delivery guy assured me it was all there. He setup my photo area with the school black top in the background instead of the big open greenish field. Our school is kinda ugly so I had to switch it around myself. Also there were no white pumpkins that they offered to include. Another thing I was worried about was the pumpkin size. There was a large size variation. Some very big and some very small. I decided if parents or teachers or even kids would complain then I would to the company. Even though it was noticed by several staff, no one cared enough to complain. All in all the students were ecstatic to have a pumpkin, regardless the size. And they were there before my event start time. And we did have the right amount. So 4 stars for that. Minus 1 star for the difficulty communicating before the event and lack of communication between their own team. read more
