Kids who are easily overwhelmed by crowds may enjoy it here. They have a store specializing in smaller, almost hand-held pumpkins and you'll still see a little haystack maze with pumpkins. They also have like three funhouses and a few carnival games. Extremely difficult to catapult a rubber frog into a lily pad - physics just aren't in your side! For food, they have full concession stands with various goodies on a stick plus ice cream. The pumpkin stores used to sell pumpkin pie but I think its just chips and popcorn now. And if you don't, don't get mad if another parent has to step in because your child is being mean, a bully, or pushing other children out of the way. As my child was coming out of a jumper (literally in the entrance/exit), another child just runs over and pushed her out of the way and said Move so he could get inside.

It took four calls to the Garden Center and one employee physically walking over there to try to find someone to help us, all with no success. After waiting 40 minutes, my husband went to the customer service/returns desk for assistance. There were 4-5 employees standing there chatting, and not a single one acknowledged us during the entire time we waited. We were told someone needed to either bring the grill down from the rack or retrieve it from a pallet in the back. What was particularly frustrating was that there were several employees available yet they chose to send the woman to handle the task alone. This isn't about questioning her capability it's about common sense and teamwork. We then spoke with another employee who repeatedly tried to convince us to purchase the floor model that was already assembled. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending $700 on a grill, I want a brand-new product straight out of the box. The fact that my purchase seemed like an inconvenience to the employees doing the job they're paid to do is not acceptable. After nearly an hour of waiting with no resolution, we decided to leave. We drove to Lowe's instead and received outstanding customer service. Not only were the employees helpful and attentive, but they even offered us a complimentary gift. We were in and out within 25 minutes. Ironically, at Home Depot, one of the first things they asked for was our ID so they could sign us up for a credit card. The rental process was poorly explained from start to finish. Important information was never covered, and I was left trying to figure things out on my own. At one point, I was stranded at a gas station for about 20 minutes trying to reach someone because no one had explained what type of fuel the rental required. That is basic information that should be provided before a customer leaves with the equipment. The customer service was also disappointing. Instead of taking the time to make sure I understood the rental, the staff appeared more interested in moving on than helping. I also noticed employees spending time on their phones rather than assisting customers. As a woman renting by myself, I did not feel that I was taken seriously or given the guidance I needed. If you're renting for the first time, I would recommend bringing someone with you or making sure you ask every question before leaving, because my experience was that important details were not explained. Overall, I left frustrated, unsupported, and would not rent from this location again.
