I've noticed that many parents just find an area to sit and barely keep an eye on their child. Sometimes some of the more popular jumpers/slides can get really full with kids and you really need to be watching them. And if you don't, don't get mad if another parent has to step in because your child is being mean, a bully, or pushing other children out of the way. As my child was coming out of a jumper (literally in the entrance/exit), another child just runs over and pushed her out of the way and said Move so he could get inside.

The service was horrible like one of the reviews sad it's not the same group and the people was not friendly nor helpful. The prices were crazy this year but I still end up getting one paid $278 got it flocked. They told me two days to pick it up, end up being on thanksgiving drive there and the tree wasn't evenly flocked, half of it was heavily dome while spot and the other half barely touched. So I had them fix it and go back a day later to get it. End up being a two hour drive to get my tree. When I picked it up two set of people asked me if I was being helped yet when I told them i was picking up my tree the walked off and end up not helping me. I went searching for someone else he end up calling the two same two guys to help me with the tree. Got It bagged and put on top of my car. The strings were so loose the tree was easily moving. So I went back and asked the same guy that got the two guys too tie it down. Was a lot better but didn't last 5 mins the tree was hanging off my car, I had to pull over and stick the tree in my car to get it home. FYI my tree was 7 1/2 feet smh they are horrible service for the expensives ass prices they are charging now.

Stanley…read moreFamily Trees is not too far from our house so we made our way here on a Sunday and picked out a 6 foot tree that we liked. Cost was about $100 and one of the gentlemen working there was able to trim the bottom of the tree and help us to the truck. Dinged 1 star because the tree was sorta wobbly the entire time and sorta barely standing straight. $100 seems a little high but it is what it is. Will be back next year!

They had pretty good stock, I was able to knock out almost everything on a whole list I was only really expecting to get some of which was super nice, and they all worked really well with each other when I needed an item that was locked up or making paint for me. Some items are only a little pricy, but very good quality so it's worth it if you have a flexible budget. Shout out to the evening staff thank you for always being so helpful!

On Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m., we received a text that our delivery window had changed, so we rearranged our entire day. Then at 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning, we received an email that our entire order had been delayed because one item wasn't in stock. Why wasn't this discovered the day before? My husband had already taken the day off work, and instead of notifying us in advance, Lowe's waited until the morning of delivery. Even more frustrating, we were told they didn't call to ask if we wanted the other appliances delivered because "it was too early." That wasn't a courtesy--it took away our ability to make a decision that could have kept our project moving. The store manager assured us Thursday that everything would be delivered Friday. Then at 6:00 a.m. Friday, he called to say our credit card had been declined and that we needed to contact customer service. Customer service confirmed our card had not been declined. It turned out to be an internal IT issue, yet we were still told nothing would be delivered that day. Now it's Saturday. My husband has taken two days off work, I've paid for two nights in a hotel with our three children under the age of six so he could finish our kitchen renovation, and our delivery window was supposed to be 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It is now after 1:00 p.m., and we're still waiting. We've spent five years saving for this budget-friendly kitchen remodel. Because of Lowe's repeated mistakes, poor communication, and lack of customer care, we've now spent hundreds of dollars in unexpected expenses and may not even be able to finish our project on time. Lowe's markets itself as a home improvement company, but this experience has shown us that they don't seem to understand--or care--how much these delays impact homeowners. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company communicates and makes things right. Unfortunately, Lowe's failed us every step of the way.
