The main guy that works there is terrible! He quickly gave me a full set of acrylics and they do not look professional. He didn't put the gel all the way to my cuticle so it looks like I already need a fill and I just got them done on Saturday (this is Monday.) the sides of my real nail is showing on both of my ring fingers and a few more. I'm not even going to go back to ask them to fix this since he didn't try to begin with. I should have done my research before I made the appointments. I asked for some gems on my ring fingers and he didn't even bother to put on the same size gems. The ones on my right are bigger than my left hand. My daughters and her friend's nails look the same- horrible, unprofessional and already needing fills. I will be going somewhere else from now on and suggest everyone else to do the same. read more

Pretty disappointed in this experience. The right hand looks so good. But this is my left and all of the nails are disproportioned, with large amounts of chrome powder built up at the tips of each nail. I did a sparkle powder last time, with Henry, and it was incredible! I don't know if it was the nail tech or the technique of chrome powder not perfected. I just had a higher expectation with going to get them professionally done and paying over $50. Just bummed out. read more

I tried this place for the first time recently. it's only been a few days and my nails have discoloration the edges around my nail beds are chipping away and there are bubbles in them. I cant imagine that they will last very long. Also, I was charged $20 more than I was told I would be. Would not recommend. read more

I had an appointment for a full acrylic set and a shellac pedicure. First of all my nails were not at all what I wanted. I showed her a picture and asked if she could replicate it,she assured me she could but that did not happen. First of all,one of my nails is sideways,not oh your finger goes like that,like a good 20° difference. Not to mention each of my hands,my nails look totally different. My right hand has really thick wider bottoms while my left hand has all my nails thinner on the bottom (and it is enough of a difference per hand that I can't ignore it) my nail lady was being majorly rushed by the employees in the front because appointments were coming in and no one left to start them. This played a major part of my why each hand was different. She put time in my right hand and rushed through my left and in return left me with nails I hate. I told her I would like my nails rounded since I can't have any pointy edges because I scratch myself and my children,she left them with pointed corners, she didn't put the jewels on my nails because she was in a rush,and not to mention my nails were suppose to have pink,blue and purple at the tips and per pictures thats not what I got. Then when it came to the pedicure I asked for gel and I got shellac which they ARE NOT the same. I asked for gel because I have thin nails and gel lasts longer for me than shellac. Especially with me having to wear a walking boot since I broke my heel I need polish that will last longer than a week but they made me pay for it all full price despite it being nothing I wanted. Also I couldn't do a deluxe pedicure because they switched the products to lavender and im very very allergic to lavender. So because they gave ne shellac i paid for that and it being not gel and I didnt get half the pedicure perks because of the lavender. I am beyond disappointed and will never recommend them again. If you want to go to a nail salon and get what you want go to DESIGNER NAILS becauee I never get this terrible service like lush nails gave me for $100?!?!?! DO NOT GO HERE,I HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE AT LUSH NAILS. GO TO DESIGNER NAILS they are just down the road at Ken Pratt and main Street. read more

Honestly not my cup of tea. The girls were really sweet and full of compliments, but did my nails wrong because they were rushed by management, who way overbooked clients. There was double the customers than workers and they just kept taking walk ins. I had the appointment for two weeks, we waited 15 minutes for someone to sit us down. Then waited another 20 to even start our nails. I used to love this place but I won't be going again. If you're looking for a nice set of nails I would recommend somewhere else. Overall.... meh. I had more fun talking with the tech of the woman next to me than either her or my own. My polish is a whole week old and is wearing like it's been on for months. Not just chipping etc., but fading and all. I've never had such a lackluster amount of effort put in to callous removal and pumicing. I had to do it again when I got home because my feet were so rough. My tech also used two DIFFERENT colors on my fingers and toes despite her assurances she'd used the same. Grrrrr. Well..... I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I was getting one helluva deal mani+pedi for $35 plus tip... I've just returned from South Korea where you can't even touch just a manicure for less than $55. I'd pay the $55+ happily to have that quality and truly top notch service again. But if you don't know any better, I'll bet they're great. Gave the benefit of 2 star doubt in case the waxing etc is any good. And because the location is excellent and the shop was immaculate. I went there with my girlfriend as a show of support a few weeks back. Her father had died on the same week where she was scheduled to have a job interview. The language barrier was too much. My girlfriend was asking questions and neither one of us could understand what the woman was saying. They weren't clear on the options for the nail coatings, leaving her a bit frustrated. Keep in mind she had the cards against her with the stress and confusion of when a family member dies. The clinician, if you can call her that, started to laugh at my girlfriend. Not cool. Not cool at all. My sweetie had tears in her eyes and on her cheeks and this woman laughed. My girlfriend told her to stop, that it wasn't cool, and she didn't get it. She continued to laugh. We finished up since we had already started the pedi/mani, and left with no tip. We'll never be back. There's a salon just down the street where the techs are MUCH more professional. Screw 'em. I visited Lush Nails from out of state for a regular pedicure and dip manicure with tips. I now have to visit a dermatologist or immediate care clinic for several infected toes, which are not healing with Neosporin. I didn't see them clear the water basin. There was no plastic sanitary cover over the bathtub, which I thought was odd. During the pedicure, the nail technician pulled tools out of a box, and she placed the same dirtied tools back in the box. I did not see any UV sanitizing box or disinfectant bath. I should've walked out then. Now my toes burn and sting to the touch. I paid $80 for the services and tipped $15. I'm quickly going to pay more in medical bills. It feels like a thousand cuts over my feet. The nails look lovely, but I have welts on my toes due to unsanitary conditions... :( Update: My feet took 4 days to heal, wrapped with antibiotics and Neosporin. Quite possibly the worst quality shellac manicure I've ever had. I'm giving it a 3 because the service was good and they were friendly. However, my shellac nails that typically last 3-4 weeks without chipping- chipped in 4 days. Now less than 2 weeks later they are chipped, cracking, peeling off, and coming off at the roots (bottom of the nail beds whatever). My manicurist was nice and did a great job on my toes. read more

This place is really really not great. I was in town for my wedding and came here with my best friend to get a mani and pedi. The pedicure was okay...I don't feel like she did much to my cuticles or nails and it was mostly a brief massage, soak and paint. My manicure...horrible. Or should I say, what manicure? My normal nail salon in Denver charges the same price for a manicure with dip powder and they give you a full mani (cuticles, massage, etc) and then do the dip, which lasts for weeks. This place didn't even touch my cuticles or any part of my nail other than just to do the dip. And it is a week later and THREE of my nails have chipped off already. It started chipping and peeling after 2 days. I don't feel like they know what they're doing here. To top it off, I didn't find the techs very friendly--they seemed in a rush to get us out of there even though they weren't busy. read more

I have been to Lush 4 times now. Once I had a male do my nails, I was pleasantly surprised at his attention to detail. The next time I was lucky enough to get "Daisy" she is great! I will request her from now on. She is very sweet and holds a conversation, but does not talk your ear off. I love how clean my nails are when I leave. No residue and she takes her time to file them correctly. Comparing my hands to make sure they are even. I have noticed many ladies ask for her, so I am surprised there are not more good reviews. I looked online for a reasonably priced basic acrylic rebase in Longmont. Lush nails seemed to have some good reviews so I booked an appointment for a regular rebase listed as 20.00. When I arrived I noticed on the board it was 25.00. The nail person did a nice job and copied a photo I had of a simple look. At the end the price was 45.00 with a somewhat pressure to add a tip to the charge. When I asked about the price I found out she had done a gel rebase without telling me, something I did not want. When I asked about it she just said "no one does the regular anymore." ???? Additionally I found the salon to be not very clean looking and all the furnishings were old and worn.
