Long story short, my mom went to get a treatment for pain which was referred by her primary care doctor and got billed over $200. She has medi-medi and is over 80 years old with no income other than SS. According to an employee at the office said her medial was inactive on the days that she got treated. I explained to her that she never got billed for any visits to the doctor but she was adamant about Medical being inactive. Called the Medical on the same to find out that my mom's Medical was active on the days that she got treated. This is not right for seniors with medi-medi!!! Please watch your parents' backs and be an advocate for your parents so that they can be protected.

I've done continuous stretching and exercises I've learned online in order to try to stay active. Start of DynamX PT: Abigail did my evaluation and noticed I had weak posterior chain. Her and Dustin came up with a workout routine that I did both at physical therapy and at home. In my 3-month span I was able to go from barely able to jog with pain to one legged explosive jumping. It did take lots of work but with Dustin's dynamic workouts I was able to improve gradually over time. Thanks: Huge shout out to Fain for staying on top of my insurance company. Dr. Ho is especially compassionate and takes time to really listen, which we didn't always experience with other pain specialists we tried. He is thorough but also efficient during follow-up visits, and he helped significantly reduce her pain with steroid injections when medications alone were not enough. Walking in before the appointment, my mom could not sit up and had to lay down on the waiting room couch. After the procedure, my mom has been able to walk short distances without her cane. We are very grateful for the care she has received here.

Dr. Kim is knowledgeable and patient and displayed genuine care for his patients. He is willing to spend time not only listening to my concerns but also thoroughly explaining what he thinks the issues are. During my first visit, before beginning any treatment, he explained the underlying causes of my ongoing shoulder and neck problems and the method he would use to address it by showing me the pictures in the book and on the computer. His treatment is very effective, after just a few needling, he asked me to move my head, and I immediately noticed visible improvement. I have been going to Dr. Kim for the past few months. He also taught me some stretches for exercise, which are simple and easy to do, and helpful in managing my condition. The clinic is clean and neat.
