I was referred by my law firm after a car accident, but honestly, this appointment was made so late that I feel like it wouldn't really have made sense to get treated months after. The clinic is a little confusing because they use 2 different office spaces, but I have been in this building before, also for another car accident issue in which I needed imaging done. Since it is newer, everything is modern, clean, and bright. However, I felt like I was a little pressured into getting PRP done, and I overheard that this clinic mostly only does injections. It seemed a little excessive in my case to be getting steroids either. The doctor was informative and did answer my questions about the procedure. I felt like I was a number not a person. It was like an assembly line in a factory. I never even saw the doctor's face. I got a humongous bruise from my epidural and it did not help with my pain at all. In fact, it seemed to get worse. They didn't give me any after care instructions at all. Highly recommended! I got referred here after an incident. The front staff, medical assistants and doctors are soo friendly. They actually take the time to listen to your issues and discussed all different treatment plans for me. Very accommodating with scheduling with me which was nice. Lots of people are in pain and they are very busy. So sometimes, appointments can get delayed but they didn't rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. Overall, great experience! read more

Early morning patient arrived very late resulting in a backup of one hour. One would think if they had a minimum of intelligence they would contact other scheduled patients via phone of this and save them the trouble of waiting on their back numbing, lame, 60s minimalist chairs. So after said hour delay, the 'doctor' keeps us waiting another 20 mins in the room, all for what was a 60 second injection. During which, the twit, rather than focusing on the task at hand, is discussing shopping with the nurse. Sheer and utter useless hack. A drug company could probably produce a DIY kit and eliminate useless twits such as this one. Nah, but one can wish. read more

I would never recommend this practice/ doctor. I went in for an epidural per the recommendation of my insurance company. I waited for two hours, even though I had an appointment with the doctor. I complained to the receptionist and told her I was going to leave. She hustled back to tell the doctor and came back and took me across the hall and put me on a table that had no covering on it and looked unclean. I looked down beside the table and there was a bucked 2/3 full of used needles. I had my street clothes, shoes included on me on the table. The receptionist did two swipes of alcohol across my lower back and the doctor hurriedly came in and administered the shot by using his best "guesstimate" of where it should be on my back. He was in the room 5 minutes at most. Worst medical experience I have ever had. read more

With a lot of pain, it's sometimes "give me the shots!"--but they made sure everything they did was in my best interest long term, not just short term. This office has me tremendously disappointed, in tons of pain, and worse off than before visiting the office. I had serious pain in my legs and made an appointment with Dr. Lim. When I visited the office, I waited an extremely long time just for the P.A. to come and see me. After asking a few questions, he recommended that I take a steroid shot. At that time, I told the P.A. that I am severely allergic to the medicine called Demorol. The P.A. didn't even know what Demorol was; I was shocked. He did not examine any of the areas (my legs or back) that I had said were the sources of pain. I asked nurse that if I could see Dr. Lim because of my concerns with the P.A.'s lack of knowledge. The nurse rudely refused my request, patronizingly telling me that the Doctor and the P.A. were "sharing the same report" so it was not in my interest to see the Doctor. I was told that I could make a separate appointment to even see the Doctor. I was able to see the Doctor briefly, who did not perform any examinations on me and just recommended that I take the steroid shot, which I decided to do. On the day that I was supposed receive the shot, I was kept waiting for an extremely long time. The nurse led me to take the shot. Dr. Lim and the nurse came in and were talking about foods they were interested in, mostly disregarding the fact that I was even in the room. At that point, I was extremely concerned with the capacity of the experts to complete the shot, or if they were even recommending the correct the procedure. Dr. Lim did not answer any of my questions before giving the shot, except when I told him which leg hurt. He rudely said, "well if your left leg hurts, then I'll give you a shot on that leg." When the injection started, I suddenly had a severe pain shoot from the back to all the way to the bottom of my leg. I screamed and the nurse massaged my leg during the shot. On the way out to exit, the lady at the front desk handed me the piece of paper of follow up procedure and didn't explain anything on it. She said the pain will be gone in about 3-4 days after the shot. I didn't get better at all and called the doctor's office after 4 days. I kept calling the office, with no response. The phone was intentionally hung up when I called; I left two messages, and there was no answer. When someone finally picked up, they then changed their recommendation and said it would take 7-10 days to get better. The Doctor apologized that the P.A. had not conducted an exam, and didn't know if the shot was an appropriate one in hindsight. He said nothing more. I was shocked and disgusted. I cancelled any future appointments I had with this doctor. It has now been __ days, and I am in severe pain every day and night due to this shot. I'm assuming at this point it was the wrong procedure, and I am considering taking legal action. I am now being recommended by a much more competent doctor to go to the Orthopedic right away, as it seems like the steroid shot was simply an incorrect recommendation. Do not come to this office. You will be treated like a joke and less than human. The Doctor does not care for the wellbeing of his patients, and hires staff and assistants that are like-minded. I have been severely injured from this office -- please, avoid this place at all costs. read more

I want you to come and experience this place yourself. I dont like being belittled of the pain I endure. I have had cervical epidural steroid injections from someone else. It has helped for such a long time. I have cluster headaches and telling me that I should take advil or ibuprofen is silly. Even when I have stated that I have done it. 800-1000 mg of ibuprofen did not help. What did help was 3000mg of ibuprofen that I had for taking out my wisdom teeth. Although thats too high. If you dont want to be loaded up with medication. This is not the place for you. Do you want to pay over hundreds of dollars to be told that advil is what you should take? Not me. read more
