I first saw Dr. Clayton over six years ago for persistent lower back pain that had reached a 7 or 8 out of 10. Beyond the adjustment itself, he spent time understanding my lifestyle, exercise habits, and movement patterns. He gave me exercises to strengthen areas where I had deficits, but what impressed me most was that he identified the true source of my pain: I wasn't breathing correctly. He taught me how to breathe into my diaphragm, which improved my core stability, reduced the load on my lower back, and ultimately eliminated my pain. More than five years later, my lower back pain has never returned. I have remained completely pain-free, and I still use the breathing techniques and exercises he taught me. The Therapists and Assistants are very dedicated to healing and incorporate treatments from a variety of disciplines (Chiropractic, Ayurvedic, etc) in pursuit of healing and strengthening the body. Dr Kevin, my original therapist, noticed something unusual during our sessions and pointed it out to my Primary Care Physician. Had he not followed through with his suspicions, I might have gone several years before my symptoms escalated to the point that they would have been obvious. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for saving me years of physical and emotional suffering. I recently sought treatment for Tennis Elbow from Dr Jimmy DiMascio. In just under two months, he relieved the pain in the tendon through a multi-disciplinary regimen of massage, cupping, shockwave therapy, and exercise to reduce the tension in the muscles and tendons. I was notified the therapist I was working with was leaving and the only other therapist that has experience with my issue does not have availability for a few weeks. So I wanted my credit back as a check- it showed on my insurance application that the claim was processed so I called in. I spoke to Jaden and she said that it was not sent back to them yet so they would call me back when it did. I confirmed with them that they would call me back and she said she wouldn't just leave me hanging.. Then I said thank you, bye and she proceeded to just hang up without any bye or anything. Called…read moreon 9/8/26 as my referral for my left hip was approved on 9/2 and was told they couldn't find my referral. After being placed on hold for quite awhile, they found my referral and said that I needed to be assigned to a provider and will be called back in 24 hours to schedule appointment. No call back, so I called to follow up today 9/11 and was told they couldn't find my referral again. Gave my info then the receptionist rudely asked if I had seen pain management before, which I replied, yes for my back. She said I need to submit my records for any pain management because the doctor needs to review and approve me before I can get an appointment. I said they need this even though it's for another part of my body? She said it doesn't matter, they need to see everything. At this point, I was so frustrated because she never confirmed she found my approval and added a new hoop to jump through to see if I will even be "approved" to get an appointment for a consultation. This is absolutely ridiculous and I just said thank you and hung up. Good luck getting past the front office to even get a consultation!
