The watch looked almost brand new, was running perfectly again, and it was really special to see a family heirloom brought back to life. Shant was great to work with throughout the process. He's knowledgeable, honest, and clearly passionate about watches. It's hard to find someone you trust with a valuable timepiece, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring another watch to him. I went to the store yesterday and said I was here for a watch repair and watch battery replacement and they told me they don't do either of those things and told me to go elsewhere. I feel like it's because I was wearing sweatpants, but I don't need a nice outfit for watch repair. They were somewhat rude about it but mostly this review is here in case you are considering watch repair or battery replacement definitely go elsewhere since according to the staff that's not what they do.
