Not sure what happened to my other review but I already gave her a review for Jiffy Lube and I'll give it again. This was a wonderful and excellent place to go too. Fantastic service honest about not needing an oil change yet. I brought the car in to be inspected and to have the oil changed and the fluids were checked and the car hadn't been driven a whole lot but it been quite some time since it had an oil change and everything look good and was suggested I wait till a certain amount of more miles and then I can come in and have the oil changed. Very honest and just fantastic service. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for quite some time and have always been happy with their service. And I make sure to tell people about Jiffy Lube and I made sure to do a review this time and hopefully I'll continue to keep doing that, because I was very impressed and others need to know that Jiffy Lube is a very good business. read more

I must say that i had a great experience at this location. Although, it was only two workers Lightning assured me that everything would be taken care of in a timely manner. His customer service skills were outstanding he informed me about a cabin filter and he also took the time to educated me about the different types of oils. I can honestly say he showed me that he genuinely cared rather then just making a sale. He walked me to my car open my door and seen me off....very intelligent young man and i will be back for his services. Lightning represented the company well! I do feel like there should have been more staff on duty. I mean it was only two guys and they were getting swamped. I asked was anyone coming to help? I was told that it would be only them until 7pm. mind you this was 2:40pm and those guys wasn't catching a break. so maybe there should be more staff! read more

I went to Wal-Mart to have an oil change and they stated that the last place I had my oil changed at stripped the drain plug and that I would have to take my car back to them. The last place I had my oil changed at was Jiffy Lube on S. Cooper. I took my car back to them and I spoke with Leo first and then Special. Special took the time to explain everything to me that I was concerned about. He checked my car and I was also shown the unstripped drain plug. Wal-Mart diagnosed the situation incorrectly, there was absolutely nothing wrong with My previous oil change at Jiffy Lube. I will never go back to Wal-Mart for an oil change. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. No nonsense, no bs this place got me in and out in 15 minutes. I had some discounts at a different jiffy lube that I didn't know were bad and they took them anyway, I said it's no problem but they went ahead and took them without hesitation. Wendell was a boss! Dude was awesome, I appreciated everything he and the other employees there did for me. Wendell was genuine and actually seemed like he gave a s*** about my vehicle. Didn't try to sell anything I didn't want, he just explain somethings that I should look into doing soon. He knew what he was doing and talking about. Cant say enough good things about Wendell. i purchased multiple e gift cards when i attempted to redeem them i was told that they do not take the e gift card. this was a waste of my hoilday money. i was told i would be able to use the 5 e certificate gift cards at any location i have called the mansfield and arlington locations and all have declined. they even went as far as telling me that they do not even know what a e gift card is. i spoke with brian nguyen at jiffy lube in arlington and asked for the corporate number and they were closed. this still does not help that i have $300 in e gift cards and cannot use them and they are non refundable. staright up rip off. i will never use them again. you just lost a customer of 6 years jerks!!!! read more

It is the most honest place I have had my car serviced at. They do not try to sale you things you don't need, or use scare tactics to get unnecessary repairs. It is owned by or managed by a female...so no being taken advantage of. My brakes were squeaky....thought the brake pads needed changing...they were dirty. They cleaned the part with a water hose and told me they were still in very good condition and just needed cleaning. I've had my oil and maintenance issues taken care of at this Jiffy Lube for the past six years. Won't go anywhere else. They like repeat customers. I'm a long time Jiffy Lube customer of a different location but after moving I grew tired of driving there instead of the half mile to the South Cooper location. Ive been there a few times now and have been very pleased with their services and never felt I was getting the run around. I recently pulled in to have an inspection done when much to my surprise the technician said I didn't need it until next year when my registration was due because of the new regulations. I thought it was great to save the money and I appreciated him not trying to talk me in to other services seeing as I just had my oil changed. Great location and technicians! read more

Today I went in for a basic oil change. After speaking with Quinte, who offered exceptional customer service, he did inform me that I would need a fuel filter change, and a transmission fluid change due to the mileage on the vehicle. Considering that I have never had it done I did move forward with his recommendation. He was very professional and offered me what I felt was a fair price. I had taken my daughters car here one time before and the service was the same. A very helpful and friendly staff. I will continue to take my cars there moving forward. Quinite And Leo are the best techs at jiffy lube. They customer service are the best. They very polite nice kind and patient. And Quinte explained everything with my car and didn't try to pressure me at all. I have 2 more cars I will return ..I just move here two weeks ago and this will be my primary oil change spot ..I felt like I was VIP ..It was very fast as well ...I will refer them too anyone. I don't even live near this Jiffy Lube but somehow I always end up here and honestly I'm not disappointed. These guys are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is far beyond other places I have been to. Richard was extremely helpful and went the extra mile when helping me with my truck. I had checked with my Mazda dealer and they wanted to charge me $699.95 for a 30,000 mile service. I took my 2015 Mazda 3 to this Jiffy Lube and they did the same service for $181.23. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that I had to return the next day was that the tire light came on and the air pressure needed to be adjusted. I was pleased by the courtesy of the staff, the explanations for the various services and the speed with which it was completed. read more

This place is GARBAGE. DO NOT GO THERE! My buddy took his car in for a simple oil change and blew his motor out completely. He was told that they would take care of KNOWING IT WAS THEIR FAULT and they eventually denied his claim. So he hasn't had a car in 3 weeks which was needed for him to work. All the guys are really nice & I believe it was Special who helped me today with my state inspection which ended up being more when they called me back right after I left because they had noticed my tail light was out. I was going to go to my usual oil change place, but nobody was there, so I went to Jiffy Lube located in Arlington off Cooper St.The first thing I noticed was how clean the oil change bays were.
