There was no waiting in line to have my oil change, and I was even offered a beverage and a couple of pieces of candy while I waited in my car for the service to be done. All of the employees were extremely nice and very helpful. They offer a little extra service for free like checking the air pressure in my tires and checking my air filter. Honest. That is so rare. We brought my husband's truck in to get an oil change and have the emissions test done. They let my husband know that the oil change wasn't necessary because of the low mileage. Mind blowing. It would have been so easy for them to do what we asked. And bill us for it. But they didn't. They also don't push air filter replacements if you don't need it. So rare. Yes, 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

This was my first time coming to this shop but it was a great experience. My husband usually takes all of our cars here for tire rotations, oil changes, inspections, etc. The staff is really nice and friendly. I enjoyed how clean the wait area is, they had a selection of up to date magazines, an assortment of coffee to choose from, cold bottled water and also a clean restroom! I know that sounds like what should be the expectation for all Lube Express locations but this location excels about the rest. They have cameras in the actual garage so you can view the person working on your car and watch the process. They also vacuum out your car which was greatly appreciated :) Last but not least, the prices. Some places will charge you crazy amounts for every little thing but I was able to get an oil change and also an air filter replaced under $100. Keep up the great work! read more

I normally do my own oil changes but did not have time to do the last one so I went to castrol premium lube in burleson for a quick change. A little high price wise but the staff was nice. However, I have just come in from changing my oil and found out that whoever put the oil filter housing back on must have used air tools to do so because I could not get it off to change the filter. I actually bent the tool used to take the housing off and now I have to buy a new tool that can handle removing the housing by using air tools and prayerfully remove it without damaging the housing because it is made from Aluminum and is never supposed to be removed or put on with air tools. Will not be going here ever again. read more

I typically get my oil changed at the dealership or Firestone, but the wait at both of these is usually 2 hours or longer. Castrol Lube changed my oil and rotated my tires in just over 20 minutes. I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation and that is exactly what I got. They did not try and up sell me or try to tell me I needed any unnecessary services. The waiting room was clean and had complimentary coffee and bottled water. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be back. Asked when I checked in to please check tire pressure & and coolant & an oil change. When I got home air pressure was not checked. Coolant reservoir was dry. It said on my paperwork both were checked. No problem accidents happen. I sent an email telling them. I was expecting maybe a reply of sorry about that or bring it back we will do it. The reply "thanks" that's it. So the next day I called & got the manager on. I asked him what was up with the one word answer to my email. He went off, told me what do you want an apology, I mean not hollering but he was pissed. He said not much I can do now I guess you can bring it back!!!! I was getting ready to reply & he hung up on me. If you go there watch them. If you question them you will probably get hollered at. I will never go back I recommend Jiffy Lube or anywhere else!
