I came in here this week, I love going to this location it's so nice and usually the workers are very nice. There is a black guy that is amazing very professional nice. When I went in this week though I was appalled I heard this guy I believe he told me his name was Duane tell another guy that they finally got rid of one of the "niggers" now they got to get rid of the other one. I was so ashamed to even say this is were I went to get my oil changed I never knew how racist this place really is, but since my experience it seems like everyone I talk to has experienced some type of racial under tone I guess thinking because were white we will be ok with it but it disgusts me and I will never go back to that location and I will tell everyone I know not to go there as well read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shop. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not even 36 hours later I was driving in the mountains and my vehicle started vibrating. There was no safe place to pull off so I had to keep driving until i got somewhere with a emergency pull off. Suddenly my tire flew off (the whole thing, Lug nuts, hubcap, all of it). Metal hit the pavement and for a brief second I lost control of my car. The road I was on was narrow, on a blind curve, and sandwiched between a ravine with rapid river at the bottom and a cliff. I was able to regain control and stop the car but as there was no pull off I was half in the road...at night...with inconsistent cell service. Luckily I was able to get help and get home safely but I have no doubt that if my car flipped or went off into the ravine I would be dead. The next day I called the shop and they sent a branch and regional manager to examine my car. They took a quick look and said there was no way this could have been their fault and even showed me a video of the mechanic torquing the lug nuts. The manager said after he torqued the tires he verbally confirmed he torqued to specs. To be clear, a grainy black and white video of someone torquing a tire from a distance and verbal confirmation are not proof that the lug nuts were torqued to specs. I can take a video of me taking a blood pressure reading and verbally give the reading but that doesn't mean it was accurate. My car was not drivable and I had to take it into a body shop for repairs to be done. The mechanic there noted that my lugs were stripped in a way that indicates an improper torque job. Ultimately Jiffy Lube was responsible and handled this very very poorly. Especially considering the result of their work could have resulted in my death. I will never take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube again. read more

I've been going here to this location for the past 9 years. Today I was let down and treated less than poorly. If Anthony is working, I advise that you come back at another time. He is extremely unprofessional as he deals with clients while listening to music in his ear buds. He repeatedly interrupted me as I asked questions about my vehicle. It's sucks that I lost faith in this branch just because of one individual. Avoid Anthony. read more

I'm bummed. I brought my car in for an oil change was with my young kid waited an hour. Finally got seen the lady at the front acted like she wanted to help telling me there was sludge in my engine that I needed an engine flush and I should take my car in to an auto shop soon. So I did and the Auto shop said my engine looked in great condition that they couldn't imagine me needing the flush as it didn't have any issues. They said it looked like you guys took advantage of me with an unnecessary cost of services. Disappointed ...the feeling of being taken advantage of never feels good. read more

I have never had a better oil change experience before! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and I was getting the best value! The guy even recommends an online coupon so I could get the signature service change for the same price as the basic. And one last thing I absolutely LOVED was the gentleman walked me out to my car when it was done and opened the door for me to get in. Tell me another place that does that! In August, I took my Infiniti to this location for an oil change - that was my first mistake. To start off, the staff was not friendly and the customer service was horrible but was not something I cared too much about and brushed off. A couple months later, my car broke down with no warning. After the tow truck man looked at it, he told me their was absolutely no oil. I took my car to the Infiniti dealership and they confirmed that there was a loose oil filter that must not have been tightened correctly after my last oil change, causing over $4000 worth of damage to my car. I contacted the district manager, Jesse Martin, who was completely rude and professional. He refuses to assume responsibility for the damages done stating that if it was caused by his team, it would have happened sooner than it did. At this point, I do not care when it should have happened, just that it happened. His team was incompetent and lazy and because of their mistake I am having to pay for it. I would never in a million years recommend taking your car to Jiffy Lube, especially this location. read more

Theo is the JAM! While I cannot speak to other recent less-enthused reviews, my experience today was impressive and satisfying. Everyone I worked with was kind and genuine. This location happened to be out of the oil filter for my particular (and weird) car model. An oil filter was purchased from a nearby auto parts dealer and there was no extra cost to me. Being in the service industry since the age of 15, I know an above-and-beyond gesture when I see one. I was very impressed with Theo's problem solving and executive decision making. The duration was quick, the lobby was nice, and I will definitely be coming back to this location for further oil changes. To those who are reading more recent negative reviews (I'm writing this on 5/20/15), take them with a grain of salt. I was very impressed with the level of service and the lengths the staff went to to make sure that I was satisfied completely. If anything, call ahead and make sure Theo is working. read more

I had to wait a bit but the team here in Arvada made sure I had something to do, knew where the bathrooms were and they were very quick and efficient. They vaccummed my car and made sure to show me what they had done. Overall they were friendly, polite, and very professional! I will return when I need a new oil change in 7k miles! read more

Pays to check first. I have a diesel and found it saves me to bring my own oil and filter. Not here I was quoted 85 bucks a quick call to a grease monkey up the street saved me 55 dollars. This place has a strange approach to customer service. I was there first thing in the morning they got me in right away. They pulled my car in and put me in an office. There was no one to talk to about price but there was 6 guys there. By the time the manager came in to talk to me about my car they were all over the car taking stuff off of it already dumping the oil before I had even asked how much it was going to cost it was very weird. I would describe it as militant. When I told the manager that I did not want the extended service premium services they offer he took a very harsh tone with me. He kept going on and on about all the dangers and how screwed I would be without the premium service. I get it, jiffy Lube would like to sell the premium service but when people say no it's OK. They are still there purchasing a service and there's is no need to act like what they are buying isn't good enough.
