I want to like this place. It's convenient and the staff, while always different, seem to always be courteous. The problem is that I have to double check their work when I get home. For some reason they can't seem to ever put the air filter back together right. Two of the four clips to the air filter cover were just left dangling. I stopped going to the Paso Robles Jiffy Lube because they made the same mistake but also managed to loose the clips, so I had to buy new ones. Also, two visits in a row they have failed to re-set the car's oil life indicator. The first time that they did this I was unaware for about 6 months...very irritating. I'll be looking for a new place to get my oil changes. Sorry guys, nothing personal, you're just incompetent. read more

This was my first time taking my company Nissan van here. They were open earlier on Sunday morning than their competitor down the street, (9am). I was greeted as I drove up and said I wanted a regular oil and filter change and a tire rotation. I was promptly greeted by the service writer, Kaeloni and was treated in a professional way. She joined her crew, the work was done quickly and professionally. No up sell or foolishness. When all was said and done, I asked Kaeloni what my lug nuts were torqued to and she quickly replied, 83 ft. lbs. I was impressed. read more

I am so disgusted with the higher end management of jiffy lube.... my last review please ignore....I told u that Todd and Shawn at the auto repair part of jiffy lube were honest fair and reliable and they are...but jiffy lubes management treated them so badly they have given notice to quit....I will not recommend that auto shop ever again..I sent many friends as well as strangers to trust Todd and Shawn but no more...I will take all my business to Todds new place of employment...Shawn too is amazing...I have many older vehicles that seem to always have issues some large some small...Todd and Shawn are honest and wonderful mechanics...I liked that they were at jiffy lube as there are coupons. Oh well I guess u dont care about good service and great customer relationships like u say its all fake...goodbye jiffy lube!!! For the time I went there it felt like a home town place to go they all knew my name!! They moved around the workers and now the manager too! Have been using them for years and always satisfied. Stopped in today after I ran over something on the road and was hearing a noise under the car. Mike the bay tech discovered my skid plate had ripped loose. He was great. Managed to get me back on the road in 15mins. No charge. I usually do my own vehicle service but a recent shoulder replacement surgery left me no choice for changing the oil in my motor home. I called first to see if they could accommodate my motor home. The gentleman said no problem and quoted me a $48.00 price. I drove straight down. Come to find out the actual price for motor homes was $90.00. The manager said no problem and today is your lucky day. They stuck to it and only charged me a total of $55.00. The service was great and they are honest. I will return with my other cars. Disgusted by the service. Drove up to the whole staff smoking cigs how professional. The manger Carlos was beyond rude looked unhappy. The bay techs looked mad and looked as if they were arguing.
