The price seems right inline with other places in the area. I arrived a little before 4:00 and was helped by Jerrad who was very kind, patient and helpful. My appointment wasn't showing in the system. I know things happen so I asked if it would be better for them if I came back in the morning. Jerrad nicely stated that they were going to honor their word and take care of me as scheduled. I thought that was very kind, professional and great business. I left my car while my mom and I ran some errands. About an hour later I received a text status/results and then a call letting me know my car was ready. They did find a few things wrong with my car but, they did not push me to immediately do the repairs. They explained them to me and advised which should be the next thing on the list I should repair. I know there may be a fear of women feeling like they will be taken advantage of when it comes to car maintenance, and although I got my daddy and husband on speed dial always, I never feel like I was cheated or taken advantage of here at Midas. I recommend family and friends all of the time. Their integrity and value keep me coming back.
