The price seems right inline with other places in the area. I arrived a little before 4:00 and was helped by Jerrad who was very kind, patient and helpful. My appointment wasn't showing in the system. I know things happen so I asked if it would be better for them if I came back in the morning. Jerrad nicely stated that they were going to honor their word and take care of me as scheduled. I thought that was very kind, professional and great business. I left my car while my mom and I ran some errands. About an hour later I received a text status/results and then a call letting me know my car was ready. They did find a few things wrong with my car but, they did not push me to immediately do the repairs. They explained them to me and advised which should be the next thing on the list I should repair. I know there may be a fear of women feeling like they will be taken advantage of when it comes to car maintenance, and although I got my daddy and husband on speed dial always, I never feel like I was cheated or taken advantage of here at Midas. I recommend family and friends all of the time. Their integrity and value keep me coming back. I even witnessed a customer show their ass in here before (totally the customer's fault) and the guys still kept it cute and classy lol.

I love how I was given an ACTUALLY printout of my diagnostics of what is recommended and I can take it home and look at it. Came for an oil change which took 10-12mins. You definitely will be paying for maintenance but that is the price for keeping your vehicle in service and not broke down. It is honest service price in my opinion. Express Oil Change # 3090 945 Husk Box Way…read moreGrovetown, GA 30813 07/24/2026 Took my daughter's Honda Civic in for AC work; they replaced the A/C compressor and the condenser. They did not replace the brackets on the AC condenser. The A/C condenser was flopping around in front of the radiator. I discovered this when I went to replace my daughter's headlights. They were going to charge me double the retail pricing on the needed parts. $670.00 for the A/C compressor; my retail cost was $335.00. $270.00 for the A/C condenser; my retail cost was $135.00 at the local O'Reilly's. They were doubling the retail price and were going to charge me that ridiculous amount of money for the parts. I bought the parts, picked them up, delivered them to the repair shop, and saved myself over $470.00. They charged me over $1,200 in labor. On 08/23/26, when I discovered the missing brackets while replacing the headlights, I drove to "Pull a Part" and bought used brackets from a junk-yard vehicle, went home, and installed them to prevent any damage. On 08/24/26, I showed the Service Manager, Paul, my photos and video and explained the problems I had uncovered. He tried to tell me that the brackets might have been missing and that the mechanic was younger. He then gave me $10 in cash from his pocket for the brackets and offered me a free oil change to keep my business. I told him that if the brackets were missing, why was I never notified, and why was nothing mentioned on my invoice/receipt? Paul provided me with the District Manager's business card and said he would be at the shop tomorrow, and I could come back and see him. On 08/25/26, I met with Paul, the Service Manager, and Terry Grimes, the District Manager. I showed both of them my photos and the video. (which I had previously shown Paul). I explained my displeasure with the quality of workmanship. Terry tried to convince me that the brackets had not been on the vehicle when I brought it in for repair work. I informed him this shop was the only facility that had ever done AC repairs on this car. I played devil's advocate and asked: if the brackets weren't there when the car came in, why wasn't I informed of the missing brackets, and why wasn't anything ever listed on the invoice? Terry asked me what I felt was a solution. I informed him that since I discovered the problem, I had to spend over an hour driving to the junk yard, removing the needed parts, and then driving home and putting the missing parts back on my car. I felt that he owed me 2 hours of his labor rate for my inconvenience. He was very emphatic that that wasn't happening. He offered no other solutions or suggestions. A Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint is the next step. Corporate has refused to return any of my calls for on-line requests for 3 weeks. Terrible workmanship, unresponsive management. An upset customer who will never return!

After having the vehicle inspected, it was determined that inadequate oil was added to the engine, which directly caused catastrophic engine failure. An oil change is basic maintenance, and failing to add the proper amount of oil is unacceptable and negligent. This was not a pre-existing issue--my engine was functioning normally before the service. Now I'm facing extremely costly repairs that could have been entirely avoided if this shop had done its job correctly. I attempted to address this with the business, but accountability and resolution were lacking. Management has been extremely unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for what clearly stemmed from their service. Normally, the price is less than taking it to the dealer. If you wait in the waiting area, they offer you coffee or water. They even like a good joke. We have always received good quality service, and if the cost is above the estimate, the call before performing the work. If you want your car repaired with quality, bring it here. They charged $160 to diagnose an issue that turned out to be low fluid, something that felt pretty obvious and quick to identify. I've always understood that if you move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied or waived, but that wasn't the case here. The $350 for the transmission fluid flush itself seemed reasonable, but adding the $160 on top of that for such a simple diagnosis didn't sit right. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not one that left me feeling great either.
