They would come out and put air in my tires and from then on, i would get air in any time i needed at their shop. Today i called, and having bought a small compressor, it failed me today and I ended up with a flat tire. My first thought was call Les Schwab! Guy gets on the phone and informs me they would be happy to help me out, but it will cost me $59.00. Are you people out of your mind? Who pays $59.00 to put air in their tire when your not that far from my house? This isn't L.A! Needless to say, I will never call them again or go to their shop. I've been a loyal customer as well as my family and parents. Now they lost us all. How pathetic. $59.00!! I can only bet Les is rolling in his grave at the way his customer service has gone to crap.

I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no, you're first, no deposit needed." Since then I have spoken to Casey no less than 3 times and each and every time, I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no." We even discussed a preferred color. Yesterday, 6 March, I went in for my oil change in my Tundra and asked him when he thought our TRD PRO would be allocated / received by the dealership and if we could give him a deposit. He proceeds to tell me there are already several people in front of us on the waiting list. Really Casey? He came up with some BS story that he thought i wanted to test ride one first, which was a complete LIE. When I called him out on it, he said "I'm not going to be talked to like this." Talked to how? Factually and honestly? Casey is the owner's hunting buddy so I'm sure nothing will come of this review. Here are a few adjectives I would use to describe the sales department under Casey's "leadership" or lack thereof: Dishonest, offensive, deceptive, good-ol-boy, disappointing, disingenuous, untrustworthy, irresponsible, arrogant and conniving. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Had to take it back, because it leaked even more after they worked on it. Said they had a defective torque wrench and supposedly fixed it. Now leaking again and took it to another place and they said bolts weren't torqued right! Had them work on the driveline and rear axle? So my concern is am I going to be driving and have the driveline or axle fall apart? Too bad they won't let me put negative or zero stars for this review.

I could hear my tires grinding as I drove, so I took my car to a small shop. After they said the alignment was done, I left but still heard the noise. I brought it back, and they told me the strut I installed was faulty and that I needed a new one. Frustrated, I left to consider my options. I decided to bring my car to Point S, thinking it would be best to have them check the struts and replace them if needed. After their inspection, they informed me that my struts were in good condition and that it was just my alignment that was off--they fixed it right away. However, two warranties I purchased from Assurant, Cole will not refund pro-rated refunds. Assurant states the dealer handles the transactions however the say both should be refunded on a pro-rated scale. However, Assurant won't do a thing, and Cole will not refund. Their manager I was talking to was terrible and just worthless. Last phone conversation I ended with a two-word phrase "F You. I should not have done that but after about two months of contact via phone and emails, and he suddenly stated the cannot be refunded. Just terrible way to do business. Glad to say they will never have my business again and I have purchased two truck from them while l lived in the Pocatello area, a 2015 Silverado, and the 2024 Silverado that I had the Assurant warranties.
