I'm not sure what happened to this store but the front staff has been replaced with individuals who obviously are not concerned with the benefit of the customer. My initial contact was met with a person (I believe Dawson) who acted as though I was a burden for even entering the store. When I spoke with another associate (I believe Ricky) and mentioned the slow leak, he immediately went negative and said he couldn't fix the tire and that I would have to purchase new tires. Rather than argue, I decided to go to Les Schwab for the repair where they quickly and courteously repaired the tire at NO charge. It's unfortunate that a few employees with zero regard for customer service can be allowed to destroy a once good company. Yes, we do have options for tires and I believe one should go to where one is best treated as a customer

After getting it repaired at a dealership, they confirmed the work performed by Point S was poor quality and we were lucky to have gotten off the road before the wheel fell off. We went back to Point S for compensation for the repair and a refund for the original work. After talking with the shop manager and the owner, they paid for the dealership repair however they felt our lives were not worth the $690 amount of the original work performed by them.

In the past, I've used them to put air in my tires after winter, because it sits in my garage during that time. They would come out and put air in my tires and from then on, i would get air in any time i needed at their shop. Today i called, and having bought a small compressor, it failed me today and I ended up with a flat tire. My first thought was call Les Schwab! Guy gets on the phone and informs me they would be happy to help me out, but it will cost me $59.00. Are you people out of your mind? Who pays $59.00 to put air in their tire when your not that far from my house? This isn't L.A! Needless to say, I will never call them again or go to their shop. I've been a loyal customer as well as my family and parents. Now they lost us all. How pathetic. $59.00!! I can only bet Les is rolling in his grave at the way his customer service has gone to crap.

Paid abt $1400 for air conditioning repairs. Abt 10 months later the new pump blew. Took back but…read moreonly 12,000 warranty I had 18,000 fair enough. But I've never had an air pump blow out like that but said as help would repair for $500 more than fair. BUT as I picked up car air worked sitting there but as driving home abt 4 miles the air conditioning only blew hot air. As slowed to near stop it worked until drive again. That was constant so went back given off wall reason but left yo look and fix. As picked up it was same. I was told must be some other problem even though before just blew out it was fine. Took yo other known shop diagnosed as high pressure faulty pump that was a rebuilt or used pump. Would fix with new factory pump guaranteed for $1421 instead of normal $1800 plus. But I had just paid Master mechanics $500 so took diagnosed issue and willing to pay additional $1000 because the $500 wasted. But told pump was fine would not fix. Went to another shop diagnosed same. Pump appeared to work until under pressure. Master mechanics told me only go to dealer they would not fix and my $500 a loss. Accept warranty passed but attempted $500 repair my loss. I'll go yo known established shop.

Unsafe, sloppy work, my vehicle was returned in dangerous condition…read more I brought my vehicle to this shop for a repair, expecting basic competence and safety. Instead, I got a car that was wired incorrectly, assembled poorly, and unsafe to drive. Here's what I found immediately after getting it back: * Electrical wiring done incorrectly: The speakers were wired wrong, so none of them worked properly. The turn signal and brake light wiring was reversed, meaning when I used my turn signals, my brake lights lit up instead, and vice versa an accident waiting to happen. * Safety systems disconnected: My reverse lights were completely disconnected, leaving me with no way to signal to other drivers or pedestrians when backing up. * Broken hardware: Both bolts holding the tail lights were broken, leaving the tail lights loose and not securely attached to the car. * Improper reassembly: The dashboard was installed incorrectly, and the center console wasn't even bolted down. This isn't just "less than ideal"; this is work that put me at risk on the road. None of these issues were small mistakes; they were either the result of extreme carelessness or a complete lack of understanding of how the vehicle should be reassembled. When I contacted the shop to resolve these issues, they refused to correct their mistakes, claiming that "someone touched the car," even though the problems were created entirely by their work. This left me with no choice but to spend my own time and resources diagnosing and fixing every issue myself just to make the car safe and roadworthy. No customer should have to do that after paying a shop for work. I strongly recommend avoiding this business. If my experience is any indication, you may end up with dangerous mistakes, damaged parts, and extra work just to make your car safe again.
