I was told if they (Walmart) found it to be "bad", they'd replace it. I said, okay, I'll bring it in. Long story short -- they wouldn't / couldn't test it while it was still in the car without me making an appointment. (They aren't like AutoZone or O'Reilly's -- who will test it with a portable device.) ) They should have told me that on the phone call. Result was I wasted gas and my time showing up w/o an appointment. When I brought in just the battery a day later, it took an hour and a half for them to test and try to "restore" the battery. Bottom Line -- I have had good experiences dealing with Walmart on batteries that failed under warranty. (Like failing in the last 2 weeks over being under warranty!) Walmarts are everywhere, so it's easy to get warrany assistance everywhere. I'm displeased with the assistance from this Chubbuck Walmart but I'll continue to buy batteries from Walmart given that it's turned out okay in the end.

It looked as if they just dumped what they just vacuumed out of the vehicle onto the cabin filter. The filter was the exact size and shape for the midsized car, compact car, diesel, and 1500 truck they were "working" on. Each vehicle has unique sizes and shape for the vehicle. Yet their "prop" filters they brought out were the same size and shape for EACH vehicle. Meanwhile, they had oil or some residue on their gloves or rags and while washing the windows smearing all around on the glass making it both difficult to see through and the poor attempt at cleaning them. I normally go to my dealership to have them take care of if my vehicle. I was in a hurry. This place ended up costing me double!!!! Their cute forewoman is meant to be a distraction and novelty so you are enamored enough to miss the con. The sales person we worked with (Kris) was really great to work with, and so was the sales manager who did all the papers work it was fast and they got us on our way within an hour! Well not even 24 hours after we bought it a line to the turbo cracked and they had the new jeep to us towed in and looked at and they found the issue really fast and ordered the parts, well with COVID and parts hard to find they where able to find all of them. During all this my frustration came our because I had plans to got to Calif. to help my Dad after his hip surgery and now between both Jeep's issues I have to wait a little longer. What I found with Lithia is they are taking care of the new to us jeep with out cast to us and that really took us by surprise. This repair is not an easy one to do they have to take the motor out to fix it and that is not cheep to do. My initial contact was met with a person (I believe Dawson) who acted as though I was a burden for even entering the store. When I spoke with another associate (I believe Ricky) and mentioned the slow leak, he immediately went negative and said he couldn't fix the tire and that I would have to purchase new tires. Rather than argue, I decided to go to Les Schwab for the repair where they quickly and courteously repaired the tire at NO charge. It's unfortunate that a few employees with zero regard for customer service can be allowed to destroy a once good company.
