I was incredibly impressed by the expertise and troubleshooting diligence exhibited by Kermit and the team at SHA. As a female, I usually hate speaking with auto shops because you either get dismissed or talked down to. Quite the contrary! Kermit walked me through the issue, was transparent along the way, showed me photos to review the work that had been done, and exhibited excellent customer service. It is nice to know they test drove after it sat for a day or two to confirm the issue was resolved. Drove home and the new rotors/brakes feel fantastic and any/all rattles/quiet metallic pings are gone. They also provided information/photos regarding the eventual replacement of my front forward/rearward control arms. They did not try to upsell me or create a sense of panic. Furthermore, I gave them the final call on an alignment after the work - which they stated would not be necessary. Guess who is going to be aligning my car in the future now? Also, and arguably most importantly, the (comprehensive) diagnosis is free of charge. If you are leaving the car there they'll get you a Lyft home. I can't think of a single auto shop that does that which I've visited. Only thing is finding it, the navi can get confused sometimes! It's passed the train tracks at the VERY end of South Street (dead end) right passed the apartment complex on your right. Thanks again to Seth and the team over @ LAC. We took our GMC Sierra pickup in for a new transmission, got the quote and agreed with the price. When the pickup was returned to us, the gauges and radio were going on and off and the battery was dead. The truck was running when we picked it up and was informed that to get it started again we would need to jump it, even though the battery was new when it was given to them. The shop was closed for a full week as they were on vacation, so we had a pickup that was useless to us. We took the pickup back to them on a Tuesday confirming the issue and as of Friday morning it still had not been looked at. Later that day, we went to get the keys and take it to another auto repair shop and were informed that it was working fine as they had replaced the battery (which was under NAPA warranty). Upon starting the vehicle, the low oil sensor was on and we asked about that. The mechanic opened the hood and showed that the engine was full of oil as we also had them change the oil. We took the truck to Integrity Auto Repair in Kiowa, CO and they put it on their diagnostic machine and found that the oil level sensor had not been reconnected, and the battery hold down was not installed causing it to bounce around. They did not charge for these services. We will never return to Advanced, nor recommend them to anyone. The lack of quality work and professionalism was apparent.

I stopped in and they quickly confirmed the issue and the following day they had the new part in and replaced the part that was faulty - all covered by them - no charge to me. 5 Star!
