I went on line to get info on oil changes for my BMW X5. I was quoted 135.45 and also got a discount ticket from the Jiffy Lube website for 33.00. When I got to the shop (shortly before closing time) they told me the cost would be 176.00 and that was after they had discounted the 33.00. Not only did I tell them about the estimate I showed them of a copy I had on my phone. Their excuse for all this was "extra cost items" for BMWs. Either way they flat out lied or whoever handled the quote on the phone had no idea of what he was talking about. Either way, they made it quite clear that, regardless of cause, they had no interest in honoring either their quote or the discount certificate. I went in to get a quick and easy oil change. Went to give her the gift card, She told me pay afterwards. I then said thank you. Waited until its service was completed paid with gift cards. Then went to hand remainder in cash. She then rudely said, "I told you beforehand we don't take cash". I replied, I'm sorry, but no one told me beforehand no cash, she replied snarkily. Staff is fairly friendly but there has been a serious change in staffing and top offs are not like use to be. We had a Yelp coupon for checking in but the service guy who checked us said could not use as no code after we clicked to use, which could not understand as was linked to the store. I've come here a few years in the past and they've always done good work. It's been a couple years since I've been here and I came in for an oil change. After standing around in the lobby for a bit, someone came in to help us. They let us know we needed to park our car in the line and wait to be scanned in, which would take 45 minutes. I really don't think that having people wait 45 minutes in their car to be checked in is an effective use of anyone's time - not including the time the service would take. I decided to leave once I heard that. Typically I'm able to just check in and drop my keys off and get a call once my car is done. If you don't have the time to sit around to be checked in, I'd go somewhere else. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! literally only tell the people you hate to go here because their ENGINE WILL PROBABLY BE RUINED from a simple oil change. I requested them for one thing, an oil change. But of course they had to upsell me on something so they took my air filters out and look (at my pictures attached) how they placed the engine filter back! I am really surprised places like this have not been sued for how they knowingly mismanage, lie to, and manipulate people and their vehicles. In addition, as I drove off I heard my air conditioning making a loud vibrating noise. I immediately drove my truck back got out of the car as one of the mechanics approached me. Before I said anything the mechanic said "is the air conditioning making a noise? Sometimes that happens when the filter is taken out and a leaf can get trapped which can vibrate"...SO BEFORE I CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM HE ALREADY KNEW IT. He knew what was wrong with the filter before giving me back my truck but didn't want to fix it because I wasn't going to buy their cheap air filters so he was done with me and wanted to be able to con as many other people as he could that day. I don't mind jiffy Lube as a company for the most part it's fast reliable and friendly service every time I've been... but this location has 3X canceled an appointment WITHOUT informing me (due to staff shortages so I never left a review) but today I pulled in around 940 there was a line but not long so no worries I waited There were 3 lanes all moving smoothly so I figured it would be pretty quick. As my turn approached and the car in front of me left I assumed I should pull forward but instead I was instructed to move back along with the 2 cars behind me because the car to my right would be cutting ahead of me ... although it was next in it's own lane and also had 2 cars behind it when I asked why I was told that he had pulled in before me (like quite literally one second before me AND chose the lane he was in .... This jiffy lube topped off my trucks transmission fluid however, the following week my transmission started to act up, and my overdrive lights started to flicker. I went to check the level on the transmission fluid and it turns out that when I went to bleed it out there was an additional 7 1/2 quarts of transmission fluid above the fill line. Now my truck is having a ton of transmission problems due to the overfill of transmission fluid and this will be a costly fix. read more

Avoid Jiffylube at all costs! They will either lie and say your car is fine when it is not in order to avoid the extra work, or they will say that they did something (again, lie) and still charge you without actually doing anything. Went to have my tire pressure checked and fluids topped off before a three day vacation I had planned. They said all my fluids were at the proper levels except for coolant, which they "topped off" and charged me $8 for. When I came back from my vacation 4 days later, my car started having problems with acceleration and the check engine light came on. Took it to my mechanic, who informed me I was a quart low on not just the coolant, but the oil as well. Had him check for leaks and he said there was no evidence of any leaks, which means my car either burned up a quart of both within three days, or the guys at Jiffylube charged me for absolutely nothing. The worst part is that this is not the first time Jiffylube has done that to me. If it were more than $8, I would probably drive back down there and ask for a refund, but at this point I just should have known better. Seriously, f**k Jiffylube. Did my own research and found that this is so common that they've had multiple investigations into their business practices. They are absolute crooks! It was a bit of a wait and slightly overpriced but they did a great job and let me know my tires were bad do they removed the charge for the rotation and suggested I get tires. They let me know my battery was low as well and offered a battery but the price was too high, weird, the next day it died lol. read more

My wipers were torn (which I had no idea, as I just bought the car a few days ago), and they luckily had some in stock. The team is really good about letting me know if I wanted things changed such as my cabin air filter or a new windshield wiper replacement. I took it to them on a whim b/c they're a chain and they're rated semi-competent. Well, let's just say I learned my lesson. Of the tops offs and service checks they did, my windows are pretty much in the same state the car arrived in when I picked it up and yes it states "windows washed" for some reason although I admit I don't take my car in for windows and oil. The cost of the synthetic blend and oil filter was the same as the cost of labor amounting to somewhere around $75. Seems high to me considering many jobs on their checklist they marked as "not applicable" or not checked altogether. Just go to the guys down the street Oil Changers. You'll pay the same price, you'll get full synthetic, and they are so fast you can actually watch them perform the checks and safeties in front of you, sometimes literally with you as they ask you to turn on your high beams, your brake lights, etc. Will not be returning here nor any jiffy lube. read more

I had to drive out of town this morning and my tire pressure was low so I wanted to stop by this location and have them check my tires. They advertise stop by anytime for a fluid top of and tire pressure check. They opened at 0730. I got there at 0815. There were about 6 cars in line to have their oil changed. Kid came over to me and I told him I just need to have my tire pressure checked. He said that will be about a 2hr wait. I said excuse me! To check my tire pressure??? Manager is on top of his game! He is so friendly and straight to the point as far as honestly and trust goes. Manager walked me to the lobby and I was offered coffee, water, and even the WIFI access code. I honestly did not mind the wait for the oil change even though it was just below an hour. Besides the fast and affordable oil change I was satisfied with, they also vacuum my truck, and wiped and clean my windows. The whole team communicates well and they all work really hard. Been here before for an oil change. Customer service was fast and friendly. What I like about coming here is that they check all filters cabin and under the hood...both of mine needed replacing. They also make sure all your lights are working...one side of my license plate lights was out and needed to be replaced too. Such wonderful people work here! So friendly and efficient service every time I come get my car serviced here. I love that it is in the parking lot of Costco, so I pull up check in and hand over my key then I head and do my shopping while the car is being serviced. Most of the time by the time I am done in Costco the car is done as well! They can be busy on the weekends, but the time goes pretty fast. It took them nearly an hour, even though I pulled the car right into the bay, and while I was waiting they kept interrupting Oprah to tell me that my car's belts and hoses were shot to hell, the transmission really needed to be flushed out, the air filter was in dire need of changing, and I don't remember what all else. I went there for a $19.95 oil change, not a $600 overhaul. Each time I wouldn't fall for their up-sell tactics, the mechanics would shake their heads woefully like they weren't entirely convinced I was going to make it home in a car in such bad shape. Drove up...they walked me inside...offered me something to drink and shortly after that gave me options to choose from and told me what my car needed. Customer Service A+ I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and I knew my car was past due for many services. However I did not realize all the services they offer. Its a one stop, very quick and professional place. I happened to mention my car needed brakes, routers, battery among many other things who knew they offered those services as well. If I would have taken my into a shop it would have easily been in there 2 days. I took my car in early afternoon and because I was able to have them do everything they stayed open an hour late to be sure everything was complete. Apparently once you take your vehicle in they have 3-4 technicians taking care of different services at once. I highly recommend them. I will most definitely be using them in the future. read more
