On March 13th 2026, I took my fleet highlander in for a standard oil change. They finished in under 15 minutes to my surprise and I left and went home. Later that evening I drove to a friends and had someone flag me down to say I had stuff hanging/dragging under my car. I found the panel they take off to access the bolts hanging and destroyed. It later flew off in traffic. Monster tape wasn't enough to secure it. So I went back the follow day to speak with the manager Junior. He apologized and said he would order a new panel and reach out when it comes in. It's now been 3weeks with nothing from Junior. Additionally, I've stopped in twice now and tried to resolve this only to find Calvin, the manager on duty, couldn't find the time to talk to me for 60 seconds. I'll no longer use Jiffy Lube for my fleet or personal vehicles. I suggest you do the same. read more

Went in for oil change service and headlight change. Left with all lights and sensors still going off. Lots of people in the garage area all doing things. Saw different guys working on my car. I wish they would have checked the coolant and let me know it needed a change or a flush. Now there is black stuff in my coolant idk when it got in there. Could be blown head gasket or spilt oil. Either way I need a flush and probably will go somewhere else less busy so I know my car is getting . Also not a good value almost $300 for oil change and headlight replacement. Kept trying to upsale me things they didn't know really if I even needed it. Some of those services will in fact mess up older cars. read more

We had a plastic panel come loose underneath our minivan after the camping with the cows event at Raw Farms. We called and the manager said they would take a look and repair it if they could for free. I drove in and 5 minutes later we were back on the road and headed to Yosemite. Worst experience I got to the shop 2:20 pm waited more than 5min for us to be acknowledged before Chris came up to us and the first thing he said was we have other cars and we close at 3pm ... we made him aware we needed an oil change . I saw employees working on their own personal vehicles while they had 3 vehicles on the lanes needing oil changes too top it off we called ahead a time and asked for pricing & they said $130 and they ended us charging $165 read more

My truck kept telling me I have 8% oil, referring to I better get an oil change soon in my 2016 Chevy Colorado. After putting in a full day of work, I'm heading north on Blackstone and I see Jiffy Lube. Pull in the back, not a car around. After talking to the gentleman who met me outside, I decided to go ahead and take a chance and get my oil changed right then in there. Quoted me it should be right around $100. I asked a few questions and decided go for it. Soon as I went inside, the workers kind of gathered around my truck and like busy ants, they start doing different things to my truck, all good things. They checked my air filter and my cabin filter, which they brought me each one so I could see they should be replaced. I noticed through the window that they were checking my battery and found out at the end of the service put air in my tires. Total bill came to $111 and some cents, which is still about $25 cheaper than Les Schwab down the street or Midas who was in a low $100s also. They were quick, polite and personable. Worst experience ever I got their at 2pm they had 2 lanes closed working on their personal cars they charged 165$ for my oil change and did not check any other fluids or even reset the oil light they did not check pressure on tires they finished changing the oil at 2:50 pm this is the worst place to go too read more

I went to jiffy lube today and I have gone there many times and they have always topped off my fluids in my car for free when I asked Gabriel if he could do that this time he said no it's $5, I told him they always do it for free he said well "not today. It depends who you get" he was very rude and smug about it. I asked for the manager and he did not go and get him. He just yelled across the shop "do we charge 5$ for fluid re fills" His customer service was horrible. It's not about the 5$ it's about consistency and having good customer service. read more

We came in to get the oil changed talk to Calvin and Calvin pointed out that we didn't need to no oil change for another 2500 miles. A lot of places would probably went ahead and changed it but not this one and that's why I give it five stars. read more

I went for an oil change, the price was kind of high however the service was good, they checked my tire pressure and I believe they topped off all of my fluids. The negative part of it all was they didn't close my hood all the way and while I was driving I saw my hood lift, thank goodness I wasn't on the freeway and I was able to pull over and close it completely shut. That is a huge mistake to make on their part because I could have crash or it could have caused a major accident for that negligence. That mistake is why I have to rate as low as I am. read more

The price for a charge in the coolant was decent and did good work. I called to make appt and they wanted $149.00 and up just to look at it . Ppl are just going crazy on these prices. Worker Emmanuel was very rude and took my cash and wouldn't give me a receipt I had to stand there and convince him to give me one and it does not look normal. I used to dread oil changes and it would take hours at Walmart. Since I've been to jiffy lube, its changed my outlook completely! The first time I was here, it was literally in and out! I didnt even get to enjoy my sit! They always greet you with a smile and try to get you out fast. They top off the car, give it a vacuum as well and do a nice car check. Coupons $5 off are occasionally available online as well. Even when busy theyre trying to get you out asap. I've changed my oil at other places and I always end up coming back. How much you pay is worth the time and service they offer. Jiffy lube at this location, is my favorite for an oil change, hands down. read more

Julieanna, Bobby, and Timmy downstairs really took excellent care of my truck. She's a bit old with 200k+ miles on her but they refilled everything, changed the filters, popped in conventional, and even pressurized my tires to OEM spec. They let me know of any existing leaks and also lubed the chassis as part of the affordable service. Also it took a maximum of 15 minutes to complete this so they were hustling, all while cracking jokes with each other and smiling throughout. Great job!! read more

Worst customer service EVER. The white lady with glasses (didnt catch her name) should be fired. I worked in customer service for 5+ years and her attitude does not belong in that industry. I've never been told that it's required for my jeep to get synthetic oil. EVER. Ive always used regular. I don't have an older Jeep I have a newer jeep and they've always tried to upsell me because it's "recommended" never have they told me if I say no to synthetic they can't do my oil change. None the less I was already there so I said that was fine. I called my dad because I know nothing about cars just to make sure it's ok to switch oils because again I've never ever had them tell me synthetic is the only thing i can use. Then as I'm walking inside because i'm not going to sit there and argue with her, to wait, the lady tells her employee you know what we're not doing it and I was like why I said it was fine they've just never told me that and shes like because I said so I'm refusing. I don't think there was anything wrong with me questioning her claim because I've never been told that. Wow. Thats no way to treat your customers, the people that put money into YOUR business that ultimately create your paycheck every 2 weeks. Most oil changes are usually not a highlight of my day. Going to jiffy lube I was shocked with how competent and quick they were able to work. They did no more or no less then just the oil change. They gave me some options foreign up sale but nothing big deal. Overall I was able to get my oil changed in the back on the road under 20 minutes it's not less than that. There was only another person again in front of me but they move very quick to get the job done. No major complaints. I would probably come back to this location. read more

I have a Durango RT BRAND NEW MOTOR! Going for the very first oil change. The techs check my vehicle and the lady manager who says she has over 12yrs of experience shows me my air filter which was just put in in September tells me I need a new one due to the very importance of how it effects over all performance, gas mileage, motor health, everything. So she sells me one for $28. I tell her as I pay my daughter thought she was cool for being a woman tech she boasted about changing her hubby's oil and all of that. I pay I leave. I go out of town the next day which is Saturday. I wakeup Sunday and my check engine light is on. We pop the hood and what do you know... NO AIR FILTER! Now my check engine light keeps coming on. I literally just left without getting an oil change. I pulled in and waited for like half an hour to be told that my 2013 Honda CR-V needed synthetic oil. Which is fine, until they told me it was $89.99 for factory grade oil. I normally take my car to the dealer to get it serviced at the DEALER down south where I bought my car and they charge me $34.99 for the SAME thing. That's "FACTORY GRADE OIL" isn't it?! When I asked they told me they can't explain the discrepancies between the two prices. I don't drive a luxury vehicle so why am I being charged top dollar for a drive through oil change? 3.5 stars When I pulled up a guy immediately welcomed and opened up my door for me. The waiting room has leather seats, tv, magazines, air conditioning, and FREE bottles of water/coffee. He was honest and knowledgable letting me know what's best for my car but also called the car manufacturer to make sure he wasn't recommending the more expensive oil just to charge me more. He also threw in a free brake inspection, a discount on my tire rotation, and they washed my windows. Everything was going great until they said my air filter needed to be changed and they didn't have the type for my car in stock. The guy said it would only take 5 minutes to get...25 minutes later it finally arrived and 10 minutes after that it was finally installed. So it was kind of annoying that it took awhile and then he tried to make to me feel like he was doing me this huge favor. I'm not sure if he was trying to flirt or wanted a tip. Either way, it made what started out as a good experience into an awkward interaction. Total time was somewhere between 50min-hour. I would still go again because they appear to have good customer service overall, they have coupons online, and the other reviewers seemed to have positive experiences. read more

I've been to this location twice and they never filled my coolant. My nephew fixed a few little things on my car and told me that my coolant was close to being empty...this was just a week after getting an oil change at jiffy lube...I was shocked because I thought jiffy lube topped all the fluid under the hood. I will never go to jiffy lube again. When we lived in Vegas we always go to jiffy lube and they topped off needed fluid under the hood, I guess this place don't take pride in their work. Edgar, Bill and Brandon did an EXCELLENT job. From the minute I rolled onto the property I was greeted with respect and was treated with the same amount through the whole process. Edgar went over and beyond to make sure I was given the best deal by driving his personal vehicle to get a part when their normal parts warehouse didn't have the part required. Edgar also reduced the price when the original quote given estimated a longer time required. Bill and Brandon have excellent customer service and were very diligent about making sure the job was done in right and timely. The biggest take away was that this Jiffy Lube is so much more than a oil change shop. I was able to get my tires, drive shaft, and oil change done all at extremely reasonable prices.
