I bought the lifetime car alignment for both of my late model Hondas and they left both of my cars steering wheels way off center. I gave them three chances to try to fix it every time they left it the same or worse. I ended up going to another Firestone in town that fixed it. Which I am so thankful we have 2 others here. They tried saying something was wrong with my car. That's when I lost respect for them and didn't bring my car back again. I wouldn't recommend not sure if there machine is not calibrated or if they need more experience techs. I really wish they would fix the issue as it is the closes one I have to me but I guess I'll never know unless they close the other once. read more

I'm in the process of buying a car and wanted it to be looked over and I called Firestone because I heard they were good at doing this. They gave me a couple of options and when I went to pay they had a full diagnosis which is a positive diagnosis for me and they didn't cost very much but something that stood out for me. Was the guy named Tim behind the counter Who genuinely cared about what was needed for my car. He apparently has been a mechanic for 30+ years and said he would never charge somebody for something that they don't need that was very safe for me because I had no idea what this car that I was getting looked atneeded when I left there. Then tried to up sell me a battery for over $300 dollars. My sister just took my truck in for oil change for $29 and had a great experience. But Joe you could hardly understand him. Very great service received today at this Firestone location. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online which was a very easy process. I like that this location is open as early as 7am on Saturdays! The check in process was fast , the estimate matched the exact price I was charged. At the end when I was checking out I was given an additional service recommendation but it was not pushy at all, just a friendly reminder . The actual waiting room area is slightly cramped , maybe putting out another set of chairs somewhere else in the showroom would be helpful. Do not get work on your car done at this Firestone! The mechanics who worked on my car were VERY negligent. I've had to go in 3 times in the past week to get mistakes fixed that THEY caused, and I left with a new mistake EACH time. First I went in for an alignment and rotation on my wheels, when I left, my car was not properly aligned, it was worse than when I brought it in, and my steering wheel began to shake. I brought it in again to get it fixed, they suggested rotating my tires back to how they originally were to fix the problem. The tires that were gonna be placed back in the front were almost completely worn out, so I opted to purchase 2 new ones, and leave the pair that still had some life left. When I left, the new tires were in the back and the pair of tires that was the MOST worn out was in the front. Meaning, they installed a pair of new tires and were going to keep the pair of tires that still had some life in them left, and left me with the pair that was the WORST. I did not notice this until the next day. When I finally went in for the last time to have this fixed, it seemed all was fine when I went home. Two new tires in the front, and my old pair of tires that still had some life left was in the back. The next day, I had a family member replace the serpentine belt on my car and they removed my wheel to make it easier. That was when they noticed that the lug nuts were loose. He checked every tire, and they were loose on every. single. one of them. I live about an hour away from this place, I am lucky that a tire did not fall off of my car. Moral of the story: do not trust these people with your car, and if you do, make sure to inspect it yourself afterward. read more

Talk to an employee, older gentleman, less hair right too busy with something on the computer before they opened through the glass door trying to get information because I needed a battery and he informed me that I couldn't be helped till 8:30 when the mechanics got there. Ive had my chevy silverado serviced here at this firestone location several times. I was just there today and I felt their hard work needed to be recognized. The times ive been there ive been greeted by Eddie hes done a good job of getting me in and out. obviously making an appointment is best but ive also just stopped by with no appointment and they have gotten me in and out in a timely manner. If you are scared of going to an actual shop because they will find other things wrong with your vehicle and all you want is an alignment for ex. dont be, they usually leave a few notes if they find anything but dont insist on anything. Such good service. The staff went above and beyond. I went in for a simple uber driver vehicle inspection and they were not only very thorough but they actually went ahead and fixed my bumper that I had "bumped" out of place when I parked too close to a curb this past weekend. They were very courteous! The waiting room is kinda small but they have coffee and a tv with cable (food tv was on and kept me occupied). What a lifesaver. Traveling to Fresno this weekend, my radiator cracked in the heat of the 99 South freeway just north of Fresno. A quick call to AAA and a check on my iphone got me towed, and I located a convenient place to have the car towed to. I'm glad I picked Firestone. I was prepared to sweat it out. I was prepared to stay the weekend. I was just prepared for the worse. Enter Rafael and Firestone. The tow truck and I arrived into the shop at 1:30. Rafael immediately got on the phone to start searching for a radiator that fit. Fortunately, he was able to get one delivered on such short notice on a Saturday afternoon. I threw in a battery replacement and oil change while at it. Firestone was able to pinpoint the root cause - a melted serpentine belt. This belt drives all key components in the car, including the cooling fan. Good thing this was in stock as well. I was so relieved to get a call at 4:30, saying my car will be done in an hour. Whew...I didn't want to wait another minute. I picked up the car, and literally sweated out the long drive back to the house. I've been trying to get tires from this place for over a week now. Went in last Thursday to get two tires; I had previously replace two two years ago and wanted to match them. They were very busy, but I was finally able to speak w/ someone. I was informed that the tire I wanted was no longer available and they didn't have any in stock. I was told that they would investigate available tires for me first thing in the morning Friday. They open at 8:00 am and by 8:20am, no call. So I call them and am told they are very busy w/ customers and they won't be able to investigate until at least 9:00 am. Hmm, wasn't I "first" since I went in the day before?! ANYway, so I wait for a 9:00 ish call . . . nothing, until 2:30 pm! He's very apologetic, and offers me a free oil change for my troubles. Great customer service! He's going to order my tires for next Thursday's delivery. So I make an appointment for the following Friday, banking on the Thursday delivery of my tires. I call Thursday evening to confirm the arrival of my tires. Guess what, no tires! "Um, a couple of orders were missing." I'm ready to spend $400 and they can't get the merchandise?! Never mind, went to Costco and ordered some tires. Got a call today that they're going to get my tires on Monday. Good for them, they can keep them for the next sucker. read more

Dropped off my tire to get a flat repaired and was told it's a 2 hour wait, hey no problem I'll come back in 2 hours...showed up 2.5 hours later and was told I was next...waited another hour and went back in only to be told that my tire couldn't be repaired...REALLY!?!? I needed new tires and I made an appointment on Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes they called to confirm my appointment and make sure they had the tires in stock I needed. When I told the gentleman on the phone I wasn't planning on keeping my car for more than a couple more years, he immediately recommended a less expensive set of tires. When I got to the store to drop off my car, I saw they did A/C repair and asked if they could run a diagnostic on my A/C since it's been making noises. They couldn't find the exact reason for it but said it's more than likely a fan, and they reduced the price of the diagnostic since they couldn't give me a definitive answer. The guy came back and tried to sell me 4 brand new tires. He was very pushy about trying to sell me new tires when my main concern was the leak. Needless to say I did not have my car serviced here. We had Firestone complete oil change service on my 98 Jeep. The check engine light was on so we requested a diagnostic test. They did not do and light was still on. Took the Jeep back and they completed the service free of charge but to fix we needed to purchase a fuel pump. We did this. Still having same problem take it back. And now the gas tank line is busted and that cannot fix. Said it would cost $1000 approximately to repair. Took the Jeep to another mechanic. Fixed all problems for under $300. And told us whoever changed the fuel pump broke the line connecting the gas tank. Never going back. read more

I get my oil changed here regularly. The price is right and the service is friendly. I've never had any issues. Most recently I bought new tires for my car. I asked the gal at the front a lot of questions about the difference in the tires. She was very patient and knowledgeable. The price for the best tires was cheaper than les Schwabbs "best" tire which was not the best brand... anywho. Great service and good prices. The waiting couch could use some refurbishing or replacing. It's not comfortable to sit on for hour and a half. read more

I called around to several different tire locations and they had the best deal. Got my tires at $70/tire. I thought with that good of a deal I would get the oil change as well. I told them to throw in the high mileage oil (since it was 210k miles on it), only an extra $10; pretty good deal. The guy helping me (Blaze, awesome name!!) was friendly and respectful. The only gripes that I have is that it took longer to get everything done, I was trying to get out of there because I had prior arrangements.
